GoogleI found the staff of Castles Estate Agents to be accommodating, diligent and proactive. I was particularly impressed by Harry Clements who kept me informed of properties I might be interested in, with follow-up calls to check on my house purchasing 'journey'.

An agency that seems quite behind London's diverse and international market, unable to even contemplate an expat as a potential client, to my utter shock. As a Relocation Agent I help families who are being trasferred into London regularly, and with no issues from the vast majority of estate agents. It is a shame to come across a company so inflexible and conservative.

GoogleHaving dealt with many estate agents over the years, Lewis at castles stood out to be far superior to the rest. His professionalism stood out from the very beginning, the communication was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond what was expected and to be honest I cannot fault castles/ Lewis at all, fantastic experience which is rarely said about a estate agent!
