I had been contemplating selling for some time, the family home I had lived in with my late husband and children. It was a very emotional decision, and one not taken lightly. Sarah @Castles and her team seemed to totally understand my situation and not once made me feel pressurised. Without this level of understanding, I do not think I would have been able to get to exchange. No question was too silly or stupid and they responded promptly to my queries and sometimes out of hours. They were respectful with my home with viewings. I will certainly recommend them. We had a great experience with Sarah from Castles. She was absolutely brilliant, showing us around four properties in one day and not minding that my parents tagged along to support us. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Harry has been absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, he took the time to really understand the needs of both my mum and myself and made sure every property he showed us was genuinely suitable, each one was exactly what we were looking for. Although their company couldn’t market our other property due to it being in a different location, Harry went above and beyond by giving us fantastic tips on how to improve the listing with the agents we’re using. It was clear he always had our best interests at heart. To say we're pleased would be an understatement. 6 weeks from the time of our viewing to the point of exchange. This level of speed is unprecedented in the world of property purchase. Not something I would have ever expected. My wife and I would like to thank the team at castles for their efforts. Highly proactive, keeping in touch through regular calls and emails to ensure we were always in the loop as to next steps. We felt to be in good hands from start to finish. A special mention to Matthew Wood and Sam Serby. Matt knew our requirements from prior viewings and numerous conversations discussing in details our specific wants (everything from number of rooms and budget, all the way down to garden orientation). Matt reached out with what he considered the perfect property for us. He was not wrong.
