We have found Lizzie and the rest of the team very helpful, polite and determined to provide the best experience possible. They do answer the phone and they do return calls and they do chase issues to resolution. Nothing will come close to describing the outstanding service I’ve received throughout the whole experience! As a first time buyer I’m quite clueless about the process but Karen, Rachel, Anna and the whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process! Robert Oulsnam in Moseley has acted for me in the sale of two properties over the last 11 years. James and Lisa dealt with the sales and I cannot praise them enough.
