They came and gave advice on what to do to my house. I was able to have a good chat about the price to try for but also to not be too demanding as it is at present a buyers market. I was happy with the price I got and was sold and moved out quickly. Great team at Northfield!

GoogleWhat does it take to get these people off your back? They don’t understand subtleties and even when you say you will get back to them once a difficult and stressful family situation was over, they continue to send text after text and the same with emails. They do not listen to the potential client and will do anything to get a sale, even if that means way over valuing your property. Would advise anyone to avoid if they don’t want to be continually harassed.

I recently moved to England and wanted to rent a house. I read reviews of real estate companies and found that Oulsnam had very positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. Unfortunately, all my interactions with them have been very disappointing and frustrating. The first time, they forgot to respond to my inquiries twice. The second time, they gave me an appointment, but when I went to the appointment, I didn't find anyone there, not even the residents. I had to wait 45 minutes. I called them and sent them an email, and each time they replied that the visit took place as scheduled. I don't know how this is possible. I even sent them photos of the street and the house to prove that I was at the correct place and time. I honestly don't know why they treated me this way. It's so frustrating.

Bromsgrove Oulsnams sold a deceased estate property. I have used them previously and once again they exceeded expectations with professionalism, courtesy, approachability and expertise. It is good to see the staff there do not keep changing so other than the addition of an administrator it was the same team as two years ago.

They helped with getting communication with solicitors and were always on the end of the phone if needed for reassurance or guidance.
