We have recently sold a property through Oulsnam and thought it worthy to note the exceptional service we received from Shelbi, Sara and Karen at the Barnt Green office. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The advertisement for the property was excellent and we were able to sell within weeks. All our questions were answered and dealt with promptly, everything was explained to us and we were kept well informed along the way. Thank you once again, fully recommended.

GoogleWe viewed a property with Georgie yesterday, we have seen a lot of houses and spoken to a lot of estate agents in the last few months and she was truly a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Went out of her way to talk us through the property - very different to other experiences we have had. We didn't feel rushed or like we were wasting anyone's time and she has followed up on any queries we had on the local area the following day. Three of us were viewing and we all came out saying the same thing!

Bought a house that was being sold through Oulsnams. The girls were all fantastic in the office. Patient, kind, empathetic. It wasn't an easy transaction and it got a bit edgy but the staff were wonderful throughout. I would definitely use kings heath oulsnams in the future and thank you.

GoogleWe sold and bought through Oulsnams KH. From start to finish they were friendly and professional, and coordinated a lot of viewings over a two week period, whilst helping us find our perfect new home. I felt well supported during the process (which took a little longer than expected) and I never had any trouble reaching someone to speak with when I needed their help with anything. Even though we didn’t end up going with their recommended solicitor they still had a great working relationship with our solicitors (David Bunn & Co.) which really helped during the latter part of the process. Overall I highly recommend them if you are looking for an agent who treats everyone in the chain with respect and courtesy, and is highly efficient at responding to the various scenarios that property buying and selling can throw at you. 10/10 from me.
