GoogleI only dealt with the West Kirby office fairly briefly in the process of viewing a house and making an offer but everyone I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and efficient, and the accuracy of the listing was good. (Thank you for including metric measurements, unlike some other agents!)

Since we moved our small rental property to Oulsnam, every contact we have had with the agency has been positive, and has justified our decision to move to them. Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.

Another totally satisfying experience of selling through Oulsnams in Moseley Village. A buyer was found in the first month of putting the house up for sale. Oulsnams do a very good job in helping the seller and buyer and in moving g the sale forward. A key factor for me is their ability to identify genuine buyers.
