By far the WORST estate agents ever known! Not one member of staff have any sort of customer service, avoid 53 PENTREMALWED ROAD at all costs! They don’t fix the problem they just paint over the damp. My daughters £1000 pram had to be thrown because damp issues weren’t solved. Along with numerous of other items. After we terminated our contract, handing the keys back on the 1st they think they can justify charging us 8 days until new tenants move in so the landlord can paint over the issues ????????? because that’s all will be done. 1.5 years we put up with it, you shouldn’t of received rent at all living in this, never mind trying to get money out of us when we’ve handed the keys back! INSPECTIONS every 3 months are a load of s***. Don’t know why you waste the time giving these people job titles as they just think they are doing you a favour (as they’ve stated numerous of times) “not like it’s there job or anything” AVOID AVOID AVOID

I emailed Dawsons re: rental property enquiry and was promptly contacted by Branch Manager, Kristian Davies. My subsequent questions were also answered in a timely fashion. An amazing first impression of Dawsons and a true commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Highly Recommend!

Rented with them years ago always unhelpful and nothing ever get sorted but I should thank them as it pushed me to buy my own house, avoiding any being sold by them of course

Great service from Chris. Always at the end of the phone when I needed, helped ease any concerns from the buyer and we were very happy with the price achieved. The agency in general kept us well informed throughout. Will use again.

When you leave the rental property cleaner than when you moved in and they still withhold over £100 of your deposit for moderate cleaning. Scam!
