We recently bought our home through Dawsons and the really personal customer service we received was consistently excellent. Kelly in particular was an incredible support and went above and beyond for us. We had a terrible experience with our solicitors and she really fought our corner for us, including checking emails and making calls on her day off. She and the whole team could not have done more for us. They always got back to us very quickly with queries and did everything they could to speed the sale along. We only wish we had sold with them too!

recently viewed a house put in an offer did not get it fair enough i was called back told it is back for sale ok so put in offer told there is some more viewings will let me know called me back thay will cancel rest of viewings if i can give them proof of deposit mortgage and my i d so i did all that told me it was mine called the next day and said some one else has looked at the house and sold it to them i feel thay just used me .

We have been reporting issues in our property for nealy 2 years now, at every 3 month inspection and several times in between. The main issue concerning us is a leaking conservatory, every single time it rains, it floods! Each time we are told 'a report has been logged', 'someone will be sent out soon', nothing has EVER been done and these issues have now escalate to the point where 1 room of our house is coated in black mould and the walls are falling off (photos attached). This is just one of the many problems we've reported and Dawsons has done NOTHING. Our 3 young children live in this house with us, it is unsafe for them and we will be reporting this to environmental health and our local councillor. Absolutely abismal, if this had be rectified when we first reported NEARLY 2 YEARS AGO, we wouldn't be in this situation. Stay well away from Dawsons.
