GoogleClint listed our property and within a week we had a buyer. We were kept regularly updated of progress throughout the conveyancing process. We had a tight deadline due to the stamp duty holiday and Clint was fantastic at engaging with the various parties within the chain to move things along. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

The whole sales process went very smoothly from start to finish. We then dealt with his colleague Lisa from the viewings through to completion. She was extremely professional and very good at communicating and keeping us up to date throughout. Thomas Merrifield are a very good team who I would not hesitate to recommend if you are selling your property.

From realistic, sensible, achievable valuation, following up buyers right through to completion.
