GoogleFrom start to finish Clint Lonergan and Graeme Pierce listened to how I wanted to handle my sale and purchase process and respected my wishes. It was not a straightforward process and they had to wait a long time for their fee. Nonetheless, they remained responsive, supportive and never applied pressure at any stage. I was very impressed by the service, especially from Graeme who oversaw the majority of the process. I couldn't recommend them more.

Finding a professional estate agent who offers service beyond writing particulars and putting the property on the various property portals can be difficult. Some, once the house is under offer, just leave the solicitors to deal with things, leaving the vendors not knowing when they are likely to exchange.

Attractive promotional material led to a large number of viewings within days, followed by a very positive offer. We were kept informed at every step of the process and Clint ensured that the buyer's solicitors and mortgage company were "encouraged" to move as fast as possible.
