GoogleClint listed our house on 21st January, an offer was agreed on the 25th January and we exchanged contracts on the 25th February. Considering the backdrop of a global pandemic and the rush to meet the stamp duty holiday deadlines this is remarkable. Graeme was proactive throughout the negotiations and the subsequent sale progression. His detailed knowledge and understanding of conveyancing procedures was clearly evident and much appreciated. The whole TM team have been so friendly, realistic and showed real empathy - truly going the extra mile in both our sale and purchase. FacebookI first dealt with Simon of Thomas Merrifield over 10 years ago when he sold my parents house. My wife and I had a further dealing with him in 2011 when we offered on a house that TM were selling. Although acting for the seller, he had a refreshingly honest approach to the sales process which speaks volumes. We were not the highest bidder so did not end up buying through TM. We later bought a house through another agent and lived in it before deciding to move at the end of 2016. It was an easy decision as to which estate agent we would use, having had such a good experience with them in the past - I didn’t even call another agent. Simon was efficient, honest and ultimately very successful in finding a good buyer for our house at arguably a difficult time of year (3 weeks before Christmas). It feels as if Simon lives and breathes property in the Abingdon area so he is very well placed to advise. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and the Abingdon Thomas Merrifield team.

GoogleClint and his team recently helped OXON Property Search with a client's investment purchase in Kidlington. Despite being new build there were various complicated lease matters which required understanding and negotiation. Clint and team were on hand throughout to steer these negotiations, thankfully to a successful conclusion. Our client now looks forward to completing on their new acquisition in early June.
