Top level of service

If you get Kristina as your realtor expect friendly service and good communication, she kept us in the loop more then our solicitors, was always easy to get hold of her and if you couldn't get through, she'd always ring you back as soon as she could. As first time buyers she was very helpfull with the whole process and explained anything we didn't understand.

Would not recommend

I would give no stars if I could. The communication is disgusting and quite frankly on the verge of discrimination. Being more than capable of paying rent on a property (Employed/ References not a problem.) However due to the fact of I can only see as being single with 2 children is why I was passed from pillar to post to the point of one of the staff telling me that property is not on their books (after viewing it I will add) to being told “we’ll be in touch” over & over again. When I rang again about the property “yes still available etc etc” I give my name then what a surprise “oh we’ll be in touch”. And the house is still empty with the board outside so good luck to who ever rents from this so called property company

Me and partner wanted to view a property so we got in touch and filled out a form as requested. We were told soon after that they would be in touch to arrange a viewing 2 days ago and still waiting for call back. They keep commenting that they don’t know when we can view the house but using tenant living in the property as an excuse while other reputable estate agents have let us in to see the property. They are clueless about what their letting policy is and make it very complicated and off putting for people like myself. Not to mention very abrupt and never call you when they say they will. We now don’t want to view the property or look at any other properties the company has.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Terrible Agents!

I was not impressed with Doolittle and Dalley. Poor at communicating when we expressed an interest in a property. We were told we had been accepted and They promised to be in touch soon. When they didn’t get in touch we called them. They said someone would phone back about this, but then they texted instead To say that the property was now gone which seemed a rather cowardly method of communication. We rang them back but rather than apologise for their miscommunication and their mistake they then made out that they had already sent an email about this the previous week (seemingly before we had actually viewed the property - which made no sense). They told us the email must have gone to spam. However, when we checked they had sent an email but only after this final telephone discussion. So In our opinion they made a mistake and then tried to cover it up rather than just apologise. In my opinion, they live up to their name.

Excellent service

Doolittle and Dalley are brilliant from start to finish. The evaluation was great to start (fair and realistic), the office team offer fantastic service - and nothing really was too much trouble. Compared to other estate agents what we loved about them was they were not commissioned based which as a result really made a difference to the service they provided!!Our chain took nearly 6 months to complete but during that whole time the office were in regular contact with both ourselves and our solicitors. They would chase things up before I could even get the chance. From the first day to the day of competition they really did care and made sure that we were finally able to purchase our forever home !!

Terrible attitudes.

I'm letting a property from this compa y and when they came to do the monthly inspection where we arranged a time and I booked it off work they never showed and never called to let me know. When they came the following month I was met by some stuck up woman who was looking for reasons to fault me even though there was nothing to fault. I feel they did this to discrimate as I was young and they feel the u have a false sense of power.

Good luck to you if you decide to use these. They don’t return phone calls and emails, deny being told of any issues with rental property to the extent that we got council involved who inspected the property and it wasn’t up to standard in several areas, including health and fire safety. Landlord issued with list of jobs to do, these have still, as aware, not been completed, despite my daughter being given her notice after she complained that toilet was not working properly. plumber did advise to change pipes to solve problem but landlord wouldn’t do it and no support from Doolittle and Dalley, they certainly live up to their name. Please check all paperwork, and additional living costs payable to Doolittle and Dalley as not everything was done legally, which has been brought to our attention. This refers to a property in Stourport currently listed on their site on 5th December. AVOID

Exactly as the name suggests - They do little and dally around

Terrible experience, was a loyal tenant for many years - had numerous property issues that always took ages to sort. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Left the property in a much better state inside and out then when I moved in and they tried to keep most of the deposit for the most meaningless things. Was treated like dirt at the end of my tenancy and got numerous phone calls and messages whilst at work but then couldn't get hold of anyone when I tried calling. Steer clear of these, not worth the costs, hassle and stress!

They really Do Litlle and Dally. Shockingly bad and vile!

avoid renting from these at all costs!!! After leaving a property I rented from them, I received a phone call saying they were going to take money out of my deposit to clean the kitchen. I had the option of going back to the address to clean it, or loose money. So I drove over from Worcester to Kidderminster, and met one of the female staff members at the address. When I asked to show me the mess I had allegedly left, she opened a kitchen cupboard and pointed to a few grains of black pepper that had fallen out of the pepper mill when I picked it up to pack it away! I was so angry with them, and she said that was all it was and nothing else needed doing!! The place was cleaner than I was first moved in. It had taken me two days to deep clean the kitchen and bathroom when I moved in, because it was so bloody grotty. So I doubt any money taken from my deposit was to be used on paying any cleaners to tidy the property. They certainly live up to their name!!! Do F -all & Dalley!

zero- star, rude staff and very unprofessional, They kept me and my partner for an hour inside the room to answer their questions, It takes more than hour to finish our application and the woman who was on charge was very rude and arrogant. I felt my privacy has been invaded. They asked me anything from A TO Z about my life and my job, how much I do get at work, how much housing benefit I get, 6 months bank statement, checking my partner`s passport because she is from Spain, loads of rubbish question. Please stay away from Doolittle and Dalley in Kidderminster. Honestly I felt I was interrogated by the woman who was working for them.

Do not even deserve the 1 star review..

Would never recommend to use. To buy or rent from.We had been with this company for a while but have been waiting over a year and a half for an issue to be resolved. Still no reply, can't seem to get an answer from anyone. Telephone manner with the lady we have spoke with is unprofessional and quite frankly, rude. We had such good views of them as a company but sadly after this, would never let our money go anywhere near them again.

beware if you rent a property

ive heard about how they rip people off with their deposits but didn't think it would happen to me , but after leaving the property they charged me for things that were not true and you are held to ransom over the remaining balance , I left the property in a better shape than I fond it , there was no smoke alarm downstairs even though after leslie visited she said there should be one by law and the garage leaked over the pole fuse for the whole property but nothing ever done , just a ticking bomb waiting to go off . had to put in the min of 1 star but they deserve none

Worst estate agents ever!

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Properties are falsely advertised and the admin fees on top of the deposit are a joke. They make it a nightmare getting your deposit back and will do everything possible to try and keep as much of it back as they can even though you leave the property in a better state then when you moved in! Had nothing but hassle and endless stress when renting through D&D - avoid at all costs!
