GoogleWe purchased a house recently that was listed with Doolittle and Dalley. We primarily dealt with Kristina, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process and really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. As first time buyers, she was always there to reassure us and talk us through the process as well which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Doolittle and Dalley to friends and family.

GoogleWe initially used Doolittle to manage a rental property for us, they did this professionally and made the process very easy for us first time landlords. We then decided to sell the property and used Doolittle and Dalley to market the property and undertake viewings for us. The whole process was simple, efficient and the service was great. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Special thanks to Kristina and Louisa.

YellHassle-free house move
Just completed a stress-free house move with Doolittle & Dalley. The friendly and helpful team in the Kidderminster branch handled both the purchase of our new property and the sale of our old one. This was an unexpected move but John, Louisa and the team responded quickly and our house was on the market in no time! We had viewings and offers almost immediately, selected a great buyer and quickly found ourselves in a position to proceed with the purchase of the house we set our hearts on. Communication was excellent throughout the process and within a matter of weeks we were in our new home, up to our necks in boxes but with smiles all round! Many thanks for helping to make this a pleasant and hassle-free move.

GoogleWhat a fantastic team you are at Doolittle and Dalley !! After coming to D & D to sell my house, I could not be more thrilled. Richard, Louisa and Kristina have been easy to contact, quick to follow up, super professional and a pleasure to work with. My house completed on Friday so I want to say a huge THANK you to the whole team @ D & D! Since selling my house, Louise and Charlie from Lettings have also helped me secure a new tenancy until I’m ready to move. GoogleAvoid Kidderminster office like the plague! Barely responds and always has a different excuse. Had a viewing with "Lesley" viewed the property and was told I was the first to view it and that it was mine. Then was promised id have a call before lunch the next day.. no call came so assumed she was busy. Then finally got called around 5pm to say i hadn't got it and that someone else had applied and got it. Was told both my application and the other person's application was fine and the landlord had just randomly chose. "Lesley" then said she really wanted to help me and that she had other properties I could view. I agreed to this and said i could view anytime. Im still yet to hear anything from her and its now been ages. Absolutely poor service and terrible at her job as well.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI've been with them for 16 years, they have treated me with zero respect. They rarely fixed problems with the house, sometimes taking years to do a simple task. House was a mess, damp problems not mentioned. In the end they evicted us with minimal time legally allowed, they never even said why and were adamant about saying they did not have to give a reason. They were fine with making 2 disabled people go on the streets in the middle of a pandemic. They're also really awkward when you're trying to get a reference off them for another estate agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Completed my house purchase yesterday through Doolittle & Dalley, we dealt with Louisa, who was amazing, buyers on our first purchase pulled out, and so Louisa understood my fear, and anxiety on the next purchase, dealt with my million and one phone calls whilst dale was progressing and always took on board, reassured or answered my questions. GoogleI agree with most of the reviews on here; the service D&D offers is painfully slow, and I found a few of the staff pretty rude and unhelpful. We inquired to view a property that was for rent, which I found on Right Move, and when I called up to ask about it, the lady turned around and said if we can offer you a viewing, you'll hear from us and wouldn't talk to me about the property. Two weeks passed, and I received an email to view the house, which we attended. The lady at the viewing was nice enough but told us to contact the office if we were interested, and wouldn't engage in a conversation; except we overheard her talking to the previous person viewing the house, and it pretty much sounded like the deal had already been sealed between them, which is rather annoying as they just wasted our time. The house was nice, and we were seriously interested in the property. I called straight after to advise we would like to proceed, and I was told a telephone interview would happen the following Tuesday. This then got cancelled a few hours later, and despite chasing the office several times, I was told that a telephone interview wasn't guaranteed due to the vast interest in the property and that the property manager wasn't available. We've since viewed another house with another estate agent, signed a contract, and are moving in, which was all done and agreed to in less than a week. Funnily enough the house we viewed is still showing available! I would honestly not waste your time with this company. While I appreciate that you have a lot of interest in lettings, simple manners and basic communication is key.

I echo many of these positive reviews. Having worked with most of the Doolittle and Dalley staff over a couple of decades for purchases, sales and rentals I am heartened by the respect, positive teamwork and professionalism they all exude; each one takes care to provide an efficient service at a time when you need a guiding hand and a link between yourself and your solicitor. Of particular note recently has been Lisa, Sales Progressor, who supported me in navigating two sales, one of which was extremely complex. Warm gratitude to all the team and I would highly recommend.
