We bought our first house using Royston & Lund and it was a pleasure to have them as our agents. We was forced into buying a house due to our Landlord wanting to sell and we felt massively stressed and pressured as we had no clue what to do buying a house. Matt from the Keyworth office was amazing and went above and beyond helping us through the process and helping us get to the sale. Our experience with Roystons was exceptional from start to finish. Graham gave us some insightful, practical advice on cost-effective steps to increase our chance of sales having struggled to sell with another agent. At fairly little cost the feedback we got improved beyond recognition. After that the service we received remained at a very high standard. Matt handled negotiations expertly and communicated well with us throughout. Special mention must go to Sam though who was involved with a number of parts of the chain. Without her calm persistence and excellent communications we would never have got a difficult chain across the line in the time we did - or maybe not at all. I would thoroughly recommend Roystons to anyone.
