Shockingly poor communication from this estate agent, booked a viewing 8 days in advance. Arrived at the property no one to be seen, phoned them to be told the vendor never confirmed the viewing so this wasn't going ahead. They could have told me this before I dragged my 1 year old across town in rush hour and my partner left work early as they will have known this for a significant period of time! You think they would be keen when the house has been on the market for 4 months! Avoid if you can!

Matt from Royston & Lund provided an excellent customer service, he wasn't even our agent, however he chased the entire chain / process through from start to finish to ensure everyone was in sync due to the long chain. Highly recommend the Keyworth branch, from the outset professional, straight talking with no estate agent flannel, communication and organisation was consistently excellent. I have only one reservation and that was after the sale of our property we were handed over to the sales team in West Bridgford, my preference would be to stay with the same team that I started the process with, not having to start again with some one new at a different further remote branch that I never actually met. - Hence my 4 star rating.

We've got nothing but good things to say about using the Keyworth office of Royston and Lund to sell our house and then go through the whole process of finding and buying our new home. Matt, the branch manager has gone over and above what I would have ever expected in terms of offering help and reassurance at all stages. Everyone else at the branch including Jake, Samantha and Sarah have always been on hand to offer help and advice and have really been on the ball with chasing up replies and keeping us updated. You hear so many bad things about estate agents so I feel we have been fortunate to have dealt with a really decent team of people.
