We are residing in Australia and selling in the UK, Matt and his team were professional and personable from the start. Nothing was too much trouble eg regularly checking the house for insurance purposes, letting in contractors at short notice, taking meter readings when we sold... They executed everything with ease and no fuss, just part of the service and all in a day's work. They were quick to respond and acted as my eyes and ears from afar. Their advice was honest and in our best interests eg the cost of staging the property, as it was empty, was an unnecessary expense, and when we received a low offer they listened to our concerns, and understood them. Updates were provided weekly by email, all responses to our queries were prompt and live calls were no issue either despite the time difference. The contractors that they recommended were also prompt, friendly, provided photos as we couldn't visit the house - just an extension of the fantastic service given by the Royston & Lund team. All members of the team were easy to work with, and get along with, they provided consistent high levels of service. I felt like we were in safe hands from the start. We have bought and sold and also rented property in both Australia and the UK. Royston and Lund in Keyworth are by far the best estate agents that we have worked with, I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again.

If you are looking for a team who go above and beyond to help you with your house sale then look no further. I have been in the interesting position of trying to help my parents sell their house from another country and think the process would have fallen over many times had it not been for the diligent work and support from Matt and the team. If I could award more stars in this system I would, can not recommend highly enough.

Used this agent to view a property and I was extremely disappointed by their lack of professionalism throughout . They came across as rude and unhelpful at every stage . They avoid answering basic questions and stating that there was no way of getting the answers due to the owner being deceased yet we was able to find out the answers ourselves , to me this seemed deliberate and avoiding transparency . It also seemed like they was using pressure tactics to secure a sale by asking us for best and final offers without even acknowledging any information we requested at all . I won’t be using these for any future viewings in any of their sales and certainly won’t be using them for any of our sales either .

Unfortunately, this has now been the third time we’ve had the same staff member conduct a viewing, and the experience has consistently been disappointing. She has arrived late on each occasion, did not show us around the property, and was unable to answer even the most basic questions about the house, such as how long it had been vacant. Instead, we were left to look around on our own while she remained downstairs on her phone. On our second viewing she didn’t even realise that we had already bought the property, which was very concerning. This gave the impression of very little effort or interest, which really let down the overall experience. To add to this the agency has continued to book viewings for new buyers on our house, despite the fact that it has already been sold, and then had to cancel at the last minute when they realised their mistake. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I’ve had a long relationship with Royston & Lund and have used other estate agents before, but nothing compares to the way they treat their clients. I’ll admit I can be a challenging client. I change my mind, get cold feet, and go in and out of the market, but Matt has always been incredibly patient, honest, and supportive. He really makes you feel seen and understood and gives genuine advice about the market. Matt feels more like a friend than just an estate agent, and you never have to chase him for information. The Keyworth team Harry, Donna and Sarah, are fantastic. Everyone was friendly and accommodating both before and after the sale.
