GoogleWe are soon to complete on a purchase in Keynsham where the seller used Gregorys as their agent, and couldn’t fault them in the slightest! We had a great experience with everyone we spoke with from a first chat and viewings through to exchange - Louis in particular was our main point of contact and was always responsive, informative and patient with our questions and requests as first time buyers.

Even on moving day they were fantastic and advised what to do when we couldn't get a door off in time for completion! GoogleWe completed the sale of our house a couple of weeks ago. We were very pleased with the service Gregory's provided from valuation and marketing to completion. They always kept our interests at the forefront and took seriously our concerns. They kept us well- informed throughout the viewing process. I felt this was a very personal service and would not hesitate to recommend them (I have already done so). At no time did we feel under any pressure to conform to something we didn't want. When there were delays moving towards exchange they did everything they could to facilitate this and kept us informed throughout.

After 33 years in my previous home I needed help/advice on several occasions from Gregorys Estate Agents. Everyone, from the boss Matt Gregory down, was professional, patient and above all friendly. This approach has continued post move, which with the isolation of lockdown has been reassuring. We had viewings lined up almost immediately and found having 'open days' helped lots of people see our house in one go. We were in a big chain with slow parties either side of us but they went above and beyond by chasing everyone down and making sure we completed as soon as possible. FacebookFrom start to finish, Gregory’s were absolutely amazing. I loved that they genuinely care and take the time to help and support you with the whole experience, welcoming any questions, which are always answered quickly and to the best of the team’s ability. Matt originally came round on an evening and took time to talk us through their process and what we would need to do to get our property on the market. The photographer that Matt uses is also fantastic and we managed to get some wonderful photos to reflect the property in its best light. When we were in a position to sell, Leigh then supported us throughout the remainder of the process. She was so warm, bubbly and friendly and kept us updated with everything, including the little things. The only thing I was gutted about was that we weren’t able to find a property to buy with them, too and ended up finding one elsewhere (which was definitely not the same experience). What really stood out to me is that Gregory’s are not a chain of estate agents and, whilst they are a business, they are so passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, support and guidance; this was wholeheartedly appreciated and they come with my highest recommendation, you will not be disappointed.
