GoogleI cannot recommend Gregory’s estate agent enough! We had a particularly challenging house sale and if it wasn’t for the help and support we received from Gregory’s, in particular Sharon the entire sale would have definitely fallen through. Sharon went over and beyond what you could have ever expected from her and we cannot thank her enough for helping us the entire process. GoogleWe completed 2 days ago. Gregory’s were acting for the sellers of the house, but it really felt like they were working for us too. There were a couple of difficulties through the purchase, but Sharon was very driven and tenacious and got us through it. She was constantly in communication with everyone involved, and was always polite and professional, even when it was getting stressful. He gave us confidence and peace of mind. Julian spent time screening potential viewers so we didn't have time wasters. FacebookGregory’s especially Leigh and Matt have been fantastic while selling Mums house , they were professional yet friendly and always remained optimistic that they would be able to sell the property despite it being on the market for a while and going through a lost sale. Leigh’s enthusiasm and knowledge of Victorian properties gave us reassurance and advice when needed, she was always on hand to answer my endless queries either via emails, face to face or over the phone. We were kept up to date and felt supported every step of the way throughout the sale and they were understanding and managed our buyers expectations according to that brilliantly. We sold and bought through Gregorys and throughout the whole process the communication was fantastic. Leigh provided regular updates and they both took the stress out of the whole process for us. Even on the day of the move, the communication was exemplary in the usual calm and reassuring manner we were accustomed to.

FacebookI would strongly recommend going with Gregory's for any future house move, the service we received during our recent move was tremendous. Moving house is always stressful, especially when there is a chain, but Leigh and the team made this process as smooth as possible. Unlike previous agencies I have dealt with, Leigh and the team kept us up-to-date during all stages, making us aware of any major decisions that had to be made and were always super quick to respond to any questions or queries we had.

FacebookTwo viewings with this company. Turned up for one and the agent had the wrong keys for the house. Second was cancelled and rescheduled. Turned up for the viewing for no agent to be there, I had to to phone them to be told it’s been sold. Had one missed phonecall, no voicemail, no other phone calls to try and inform me of the sale prior to the viewing. Poor customer service. Won’t be using again.

GoogleThe whole Gregory’s team were an absolute dream to work with from valuation to completion; professional with that little twist of fun which sets them apart from the field. They’ll give your property the best chance to sell with a realistic valuation, professional photos and simultaneously targeted and unbelievably wide, compelling marketing. But what really made the difference for us was the patience, the empathy and balance that they brought to the difficult days, the days when everything felt beyond our control, when it felt impossible, when I’d lost the hope that we would get through to completion. Building connections with solicitors to hold the chain together, setting out the courses of action but leaving space for us to make the decisions that were right for us. Matt, maybe add counselling to the resume as well as estate agency! Against all the odds you got us through and I write this from our beautiful new home. We couldn’t have asked for more from you so a huge thank you from us. Until next time…..
