GoogleFirst time dealing with Gregorys Estate Agents and ended up buying our first home. The viewing that we had with Louis was the most professional and informative ever. Matt and his staff put a lot of effort and passion in what they do. Every stage of the purchase was assisted with great care and prompt responses, including after sale queries. Definitely we'll check with them when upgrading to a bigger property.

From initial valuation with Louis, which was spot on to viewings with the lovely Frankie. The process was seamless and at times lots of fun.Through the whole experience Gregory’s were completely professional, always responsive to our communication and timely with updates. Would thoroughly recommend Gregory’s estate agents and it’s wonderful team.

GoogleGregory's recently handled both my sale & purchase and my POC was Frankie, She was outstanding from the get-go and made what can be a frustrating process a breeze. This was the 3rd property I've purchased and because of her it was by far the easiest. She was extremely helpful, efficient and easy to talk to! Even responding to messages and returning calls outside of office hours. No question at all I would look to use next time should I move again. Many thanks to Frankie and the Gregory's team.

GoogleI used Gregorys in most recent sale, my house was on the market for 6 months with two other estate agents before deciding to go with them and they managed to sell my house within 2 weeks of being on the market with them. Matt who came to see me at my home is probably the best estate agent we have come across and I was so convinced by what he said I nearly put an offer in on my own home, he is a fantastic salesperson and just what you need. The aftercare from Sharon has been brilliant, my sale has been tough and she has handled it with the uppermost professionalism, she is always on hand for Advice sometimes working beyond her working hours to get things done. Google5 stars from us. The process and service from Louis and the team was second to none. Once we had the property valued it was photographed, uploaded and sold within a week! Couldn't have asked for any more. During the conveyancing process we were always kept up to speed and tasks were chased where needed. Thank you!

GoogleThe team players at Gregorys went out of their way to support my wife and I when we decided to downsize. Matt found a buyer for our property and Louis negotiated an acceptable price. With the COVID first lockdown the construction of our apartment block stagnated, but Matt was able to manage the extended delay of the sale.
