Very well presented, great knowledge of the area, homework obviously done prior to meeting with us. Matt's approach was greatly appreciated given the family circumstances. After advice on the property, Gregorys were very patient whilst we prepared the property for sale. Once listed, photos and listing looked great. Front of shop display also. After each viewing we were very impressed with the amount of information given to us regarding potential buyers, chains, offers, interest, opinions about the property. Negotiations were made easy with good communication. Overall the whole sale process was nice and smooth.
