FacebookWe bought and sold with Gregory's and found the service from start to finish impeccable. From our 1st meeting with Matt to then being in regular contact with Leigh we found them friendly and warm throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble and a great rapport developed. We would definitely recommend Gregory's and would use them again without a second thought if we ever get the desire to move again.

FacebookWe used Gregorys to sell our property and to say they went over and above at every stage of the process is an understatement. From Matt coming out to value the house and thoughtfully planning the photography and marketing, to Louis guiding us through multiple viewings and delivering detailed feedback on those. The team even gave us advice on our onward purchase and how to go about the negotiation process. Once we’d accepted an offer, Sharon took over and again, not only did she assist with our sale, but with strong relationships within the local property industry, was able to move things to exchange faster than I’m sure would’ve been the case without her. We wanted a professional and personal service and an agent we could rely on and that’s what Gregorys deliver.

The whole team were fantastic compared to previous agent we tried, especially Louis for the marketing/viewings and Sharon for getting us through to exchanging contracts. GoogleThe best estate agent in the area by far. We used Louis at Gregory’s to sell our house after seeing our dream home come to market with another agent. Within 24 hours our house was on the market and within 48 hours it was sold. This meant we were then proceedable to offer on the house we saw. The other agents in the chain were useless, Louis picked up all the work and ensure it got over the line before Christmas allowing us to be in our dream home for the festive period. The rest of the team at Gregory’s were also great - answering any queries in Louis absence and everybody knew what was going on and when. In summary, a professional yet personal experience and I’d never go elsewhere. Thank you to the team at Gregory’s! Merry Christmas!

GoogleHave just purchased my first property via Gregory's and can't recommend them enough. Louis our estate agent was spot on throughout the whole process with keeping me updated, always on hand to answer any queries or questions and anything we needed he acted on straight away and got it sorted. He is a real asset to Gregory's and made the whole process a lot easier and stress free! Having dealt with some other agents during my search for a houses and some don't even answer their phones when you ring or bother replying to any enquires but this is definitely not the case with these guys who are extremely professional and easy to deal with!

GoogleRecently tried to charge us £270 for an end of tenancy clean which for many reasons was completely wrong. The DPS, after many weeks, has agreed with us and returned this money to us. We'd paid over £50,000 in rent over the course of the 4 years we were renting through Gregory's. And they tried to squeeze £270 out of us at the end from a spotless apartment. Thankfully the DPS didn't allow it. If you have no concern for morality, then go with Gregory's. However, if you care about people and fairness, steer clear.

GoogleWe would 100% recommend Gregorys Estate Agents. We needed a really quick turn around on the sale of our house and Matt just went above and beyond to help us. We thought moving house was meant to be stressful but this wasn't the case at all! Gregorys also stand out from other estate agents, less formal, relatable and more on our level. We really liked them on first impressions and so glad we went with them.
