GoogleRecently tried to charge us £270 for an end of tenancy clean which for many reasons was completely wrong. The DPS, after many weeks, has agreed with us and returned this money to us. We'd paid over £50,000 in rent over the course of the 4 years we were renting through Gregory's. And they tried to squeeze £270 out of us at the end from a spotless apartment. Thankfully the DPS didn't allow it. If you have no concern for morality, then go with Gregory's. However, if you care about people and fairness, steer clear.

GoogleWe would 100% recommend Gregorys Estate Agents. We needed a really quick turn around on the sale of our house and Matt just went above and beyond to help us. We thought moving house was meant to be stressful but this wasn't the case at all! Gregorys also stand out from other estate agents, less formal, relatable and more on our level. We really liked them on first impressions and so glad we went with them.

We had a great experience with everyone we spoke with from a first chat and viewings through to exchange - Louis in particular was our main point of contact and was always responsive, informative and patient with our questions and requests as first time buyers.

Even on moving day they were fantastic and advised what to do when we couldn't get a door off in time for completion! GoogleWe completed the sale of our house a couple of weeks ago. We were very pleased with the service Gregory's provided from valuation and marketing to completion. They always kept our interests at the forefront and took seriously our concerns. They kept us well- informed throughout the viewing process. I felt this was a very personal service and would not hesitate to recommend them (I have already done so). At no time did we feel under any pressure to conform to something we didn't want. When there were delays moving towards exchange they did everything they could to facilitate this and kept us informed throughout.

We had viewings lined up almost immediately and found having 'open days' helped lots of people see our house in one go. We were in a big chain with slow parties either side of us but they went above and beyond by chasing everyone down and making sure we completed as soon as possible.
