FacebookFrom start to finish, Gregory’s were absolutely amazing. I loved that they genuinely care and take the time to help and support you with the whole experience, welcoming any questions, which are always answered quickly and to the best of the team’s ability. Matt originally came round on an evening and took time to talk us through their process and what we would need to do to get our property on the market. The photographer that Matt uses is also fantastic and we managed to get some wonderful photos to reflect the property in its best light. When we were in a position to sell, Leigh then supported us throughout the remainder of the process. She was so warm, bubbly and friendly and kept us updated with everything, including the little things. The only thing I was gutted about was that we weren’t able to find a property to buy with them, too and ended up finding one elsewhere (which was definitely not the same experience). What really stood out to me is that Gregory’s are not a chain of estate agents and, whilst they are a business, they are so passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, support and guidance; this was wholeheartedly appreciated and they come with my highest recommendation, you will not be disappointed. FacebookMoving home stressful??....maybe, but if you use Gregory Estate Agents it will be more of a pleasure and calm event than you may think possible. From the first tentative telephone call I made to them they have been first class in absolutely every step of the house selling process. Professionalism, friendliness and support flows in abundance. Matt has set up the company to have a 'family' feel and he has certainly done that....every single one of the employees went out their way to ensure that I felt welcome in the office and I was never made to feel that my numerous questions were wasting their time. I had total trust in everything they told me and Leigh's advice as my 'hand holder' throughout, was invaluable and always accurate. I really felt I had some new friends by the time I eventually completed the sale and can hand on heart tell anyone to look no further than Gregorys for a superb local estate agents.

FacebookBuying a property during Lockdown seemed impossible for some but Sharon at Gregorys kept the momentum going, enabling us to exchange as soon as we could. She was Professional, communicative, friendly and always efficient. I would certainly use Gregorys again.

A lovely lady Called Sharon from Gregorys did more to push through the purchase of my new property and the sale of my old property than any one involved in the process, even though I was selling with a different estate agent. I would recommend Gregorys for their professionalism and hard work to make the transactions happen.
