Special thanks to Andrews property agent Freya Alford who was diligent through out the process of showing me the property, telling me useful information about the neighbourhood and subsequently being on hand to promptly answer pressing questions during the process of signing the tenancy agreement.

GoogleWe usually spoke to Nathan M and he has always answered all the questions we had and was able to explain everything so we could take the informed decision. My husband and I are non-native English speakers and we often had to request repeating or rephrasing the questions and Nathan was very patient and helped us to achieve the better deal that we are happy with. Great customer service.

I reported a problem with my kitchen tap on Monday and by Tuesday morning James Berry had organised a plumber to attend who solved the problem for me. We were clueless first time buyers and Josh not only made the whole experience really easy and smooth, he was also just a top guy and super lovely to deal with. He sorted us out with an incredible mortgage deal, as well as life insurance, and was really efficient and informative. Was just a really straightforward process and we felt thoroughly looked after.
