GoogleJosh Normington was an absolute godsend during our mortgage process! He was so good at explaining everything to us in detail, and we could tell how much work he was putting in behind the scenes to help us find the best possible deals. He was professional but super friendly, so it was always a pleasure chatting to him. He was very patient when we had questions, and just generally made what could have been a stressful time easy and straightforward for us. We're so happy in our first home, thanks to Josh.

GoogleDo not sell your house through Andrew’s. They will take your money to advertise your house and then make no attempts to sell it. Staff in sales do not pick up the phone (we rang multiple times over several days before complaining to another team). Furthermore having booked a viewing and arriving at the property, we were met with confused residents who had not had this booking confirmed. When checked, the member of staff “couldn’t recall” making this booking with us- in other words lied to cover his mistake. We were invited to a booking the next day, then phoned back 10 minutes later telling us the house was sold. This house is still advertised for sale. Totally confusing and unprofessional company. Rude staff who belittled us on the telephone when we were actively looking to purchase a property. We are really disappointed and upset- this was the first property we were due to view and it has put a huge downer on our experience.

GoogleNot sure if this company has gone bust. Had a viewing on Friday, spent ages trying to get hold of someone on Saturday to offer, no one at any local branch picked up the phone. Went in person and the office was shut despite being advertised as being open. Been trying for an hour on Monday to get through on the phone, even to head office, and no one picks up. Really weird. Do they want to sell houses?

Unfortunately we haven’t found our home just yet, but Rhys has been imperative in our process. He has been incredibly responsive and made sure no questions is to big or small. We have also been given and offered Mortgage support and advice from Josh Normington, who has been first class throughout. GoogleFantastic service from the Andrews team at Keynsham. Georgia was my initial contact, she was extremely helpful and professional and referred me to Josh for mortgage advice. Georgia also put me in contact with DC Law to carry out the conveyancing. DC Law have been very proactive in my house purchase and their online portal is very easy to use. Josh went over and above in order to find the best mortgage product for me. He provided excellent advice and is extremely competent. I would highly recommend. In particular Rebekah, Lucinda & Rhys at the Keynsham branch have been a dream team in checking out my house and finding new tenants. GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Josh Normington whilst securing a new mortgage for a property I was purchasing. This is the second time I have worked with Josh and it most definitely wont be the last! I have had to deal with mortgage lenders directly in the past and it was nothing but a nightmare! Having an advisor on hand to talk to, to be supported by and with the expertise and knowledge of the mortgage market was the saving grace to my sale and purchase. There were lots of bumps in the road but nothing was ever to much for Josh and with every problem came a solution. He was on hand to answer any questions I had and gave me advice to ensure I chose the right options for me and my property. I couldn't recommend a mortgage advisor highly enough, he gave the best advice at every opportunity and supported me through what turned out to be a rather long journey. I am so pleased to finally be in my new home which I most definitely wouldn't have been able to do without Josh's expertise and help. If you are ever considering going to someone for mortgage advise then look no further, Josh is the best there is!
