GoogleSold house within a few weeks. All at Andrews made the process really simple. Gave good feedback on viewings and when the house sold, they kept me informed during the whole process and took all of the stress out of it. Also used their recommended solicitors which was extremely easy. A very good job done. Would highly recommend.

GoogleLucinda came in to our home to provide us with a house valuation to support a remortgage and to help us make a decision with regards to begging a search for a bigger home. Lucy was very respectful and friendly and was well prepared in advance of the valuation. She even went out of her way on a Monday morning to come to us. She had professionally analysed the market to ensure an accurate valuation and was open and honest. Thank you Lucy!

GoogleVery friendly and approachable. We have had difficulty getting a rental property and can tell the estate agents are worked to the max but Lucy was really friendly and allowed us time to look round the property and ask questions and we are so grateful as we finally have a place to live!

GoogleWe’ve recently sold our house through Andrew’s and had a brilliant experience with them. Rhys and Lucinda where amazing during the sale and ongoing, and we were referred to Josh Normington for our mortgage advice, life insurance and income protection. We had a bit of a tricky process with a few hurdles to overcome but Josh was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, professional and helped us to feel reassured throughout the whole process. GoogleCurrently in the middle of securing our first 2-bed rental property as sharers, and were worried that letting agents would disregard us as many places prefer professional couples. Absolutely not the case, however, as we’ve now managed to secure a property through Andrews! Sami was our first contact for viewing the property and we’ve since spoken to Lucinda, who have both been incredibly responsive and helpful- so much so that it took less than 2 working days from us putting in our application to approval! We’ve still yet to finalise all the paperwork etc., but I have no doubt that Lucinda will continue to help us through it and we’ll have no issues moving in at the end of July. :) Definitely recommend Andrews!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleAfter my experience with Georgia Burrows at the Keynsham branch I would definitely recommend the company to any of my friends and family! As a first time buyer and having nothing to do with the housing market previously, I was quite worried that I would be lost in all the jargon and processes. However, Georgia was brilliant when giving me simple advice that I actually understood and ended up referring me for mortgage advice. The staff at this branch make time for you and your queries rather than just seeing you as another workload.
