GoogleTerrible handling of our tenancy process. There was poor communication about our tenancy application, only 4 days before our move in date we were told our application had fallen through! I would never use Andrews ever again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Googleif I could give 0 starts I would. First of all this place are complete SCAMMERS if you are a student. The customer service is just about the worst I have ever received, being laughed at over the telephone, to being hung up on mid conversation. These scammers try to take advantage of you in every single way possible. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AWFUL BRANCH. He always advised the best possible cover and deals with us, never pressuring us to do anything we didn’t understand or need. They have been very good in communicating and explaining the different types of mortgage products on offer as well as some of the many things to bear in mind. I work in financial services, so I am aware that the advisor cannot directly influence my product selection, but I have had a good level of detail to make my informed choices. GoogleI have recently worked closely with Leah, my personal property manager at Andrews, and I can say without doubt she has provided me with a fantastically professional service from the very beginning. Her sage advice and attention to detail are vastly superior to what I have experienced from other agencies. I am tempted to give her the label 'Tina Turner' because she is "Simply the Best".
