GoogleWe have used Zoie & the team at Andrews in Keynsham, Bristol twice in the last 4 years & can safely say that their service is impeccable. Very professional & always "on it"! The first was to find a tenant & the second to find a buyer. On both occasions Zoie came up trumps! Thank you so much. Wouldn't contemplate using anyone else.

GoogleRarely reply to emails and tell you what you want to hear on the phone before failing to act on it. I reported a broken, rotting and urine scented toilet seat 6 hours after moving in and it took a year for them to show any interest in replacing it. I spent months with no seat, which was wonly replaced when I essentially said I would only renew my lease it was replaced. I couldn't replace it due to design of toilet. When they did replace it, they did so with one which didn't fit properly because it was cheaper/more easy to get than one which fitted the unusual design of the toilet. When I moved in, the fridge was broken. To be fair to them, they sent an electrician fairly quickly. He decided however that I had been left with an electrically unsafe fridge because when I tried to replace the bulb it immediately blew and the metal fitting melted! In 15 years of renting, they are the first agent to charge me a fee to both take AND to leave the property. This is irrelevant now because they are illegal, tough this agency continued to charge them because I was a tenant before they became illegal. Towards the end of my tenancy, I was given a contact email address for a member of staff that they must have known was on maternity leave. This made little difference because they didn't reply to emails at the best of times. They were the first agency that I ever dealt with who apparently don't keep keys for their own properties, meaning that I was expected to take time off work any time they felt like visiting or sending anyone else to visit. I signed a 6 month final extension to my lease purely to take it beyond the deadline for fees to become illegal. They sent me a letter less than half way through that extension saying I had 2 weeks to decide 3 months in advance whether I wished to stay. Judging by conversations I had with a member of staff who I suspect was being unusually candid, they essentially are chancers who give inflated rent increases each time your lease expires in the hope you won't question it. In 2 years, my rent increased 10%, before I finally found I could rent a 2 bed house with a garden cheaper than they wanted for a 1 bed flat. They initially said it was up to me to prove that the increase was unreasonable, but when I found somewhere else and didn't bother to do so they rang to say that suddenly no increase was necessary. One of the few positives is that (other than the imaginary fee for leaving the place) they didn't make many deductions from my deposit. I suspect this may be because it was so obvious when I moved in that the place had not been cleaned that they could not reasonably complain about it not being immaculate when I left. The new agency I have moved to have not once taken over 24 hours to reply to an email and sent someone round within 48 hours to repair a letterbox ...compared to a year to manage a basic hygiene issue like a toilet seat. Rant over.

GoogleRhys and Georgia have been a pleasure to deal with. They're communication and professionalism have been far and above other estate agents I've spoken too. They've always got the info I've asked for, when they said they would. With a young daughter and elderly relatives we still need to support, covid was a concern. Rhys and Georgia have always been spot on with ppe and making sure we felt safe. 10/10 can't recommend enough

GoogleRented a Property through Andrews, no problem there until you want your deposit back, been waiting for over 6 weeks now for this to be returned to me and all I get after chasing them up is need to wait for the okay from land lady, need to wait for land ladies bank details, need to wait for the land lady to get back to us. I understand if there was a problem with the property but after the inspection has been done and everything been signed off why should you have to wait. Its all rubbish just another excuse for them to hold on to your money as long as possible, I see why they only had two stars on their google review. Good luck to anyone renting off Andrews, I surely won't be doing that again!!

GoogleI wish i could gove negative stars. Dealt with the keynsham branch. By far the worst estate agent i have ever encountered. Staff completely incompetent and rude. Had to continuously chase the company to find out when out keys would be given for us to move in. Was told a couple of days we weresupposed to move in that we hadn't been accepted. I was 6 months pregnant at this time. The stress was good for my baby NOT!!! The landlord decided to let us stay regardless. Still had to chase andrews continuously through phone, email, going into branch before finally going to the call centre to actually get the keys. Even up to the actual day we moved in now. Now we have decided to rent from out landlord directly. Andrews claim to have no idea this is happening despite the fact my tenancy has ended. Where do they think i have gone??? No check out??? No deposit back???? Cannot wait to get my deposit back and get rid of these people. NEVER USE ANDREWS

GoogleWe bought a house which was being sold by Andrews Keynsham, the staff bent over backwards to be at the house so we could see it at a time to suit us. They gave good information and advise about the house..the agents were always happy to answer our questions Thank you for helping us buy the house
