From my very first contact, with Sales Manger, Michelle we have received nothing but tip-top support from the team.
Following our very first query, in respect of seeking a potential long-term rental property, within minutes, we were sent through, by email, a plethora of potential lettings and this has been maintained on a regular basis throughout our search.
Clearly, Zest Homes Ltd., has displayed a much higher level of professionalism to some of the other agencies we contacted, where responses took several days or as we encountered in respect of one agency, no return contact was received at all!!.
All in all, therefore, Zest Homes Sales and Lettings Ltd., proved absolutely Top Notch and as such, are an Agency that from our experience, has showed itself to be Second To None!

GoogleZest Homes sales and lettings are selling houses that I have inherited and some of my houses that I have bought over the years. They are fast with marketing on facebook, rightmove and Zoopla as well as other platforms using professional photographs.
They are very efficient and have assisted with short lettings while houses were empty as well as using their lettings side to rehouse tenants for quick cash sales.
Their customer service makes you feel like a 'family member' and not rushed, they assist with paperwork without hesitation and are proactive with selling properties with an acceptable offer so that both parties are happy.
I would like to emphasise the speed in which they can sell a property and have held meetings on my behalf with investors. The Zest Homes sales and Lettings team are driven, polite and make deals!
