GoogleI have personally worked alongside Michelle & her team on Two chains that we have been selling at the top of. We are New Build and therefore related sales need careful and considered dealings in order to keep the chain progressing towards exchange and legal completions.
Michelle & the team have always been there to take our calls, help with controlling and sorting potentially difficult situations and, even when situations have not been easy, we have all talked and worked together to get where we need to be.
When you have a chain with a new build at the top it is essential that everyone works together as a united team.....my experience is that is exactly the case when I've worked with Michelle and the Zest team.
Highly recommended if you are selling your home & especially if you are buying a new build next.....an Estate Agent that understands the New Build process is worth thier weight in Gold to all parties.....Michelle & her team are that Estate Agent.

The conveyance was protracted and somewhat tricky but Michelle was fantastic at keeping her end of the chain together and we had constant updates and communication between our two estate agencies. My sellers were buying through Michelle and were very pleased with the service they received from both companies. If you are looking to sell in the Herne Bay area, then I suggest that you speak to Michelle and her team at Zest Homes as you will get a very good service from a great agent.

GoogleZest were a smaller business when we first found them. We'd had a bad experience with a previous agent so really wanted to find someone efficient and trustworthy. Zest were so good, and looked after us as landlords and looked after our tenants so well, that we took our other properties to them as well. They work diligently, they are trustworthy and they are very efficient. They keep me up to date on current regulations and ensure that all our tenants are comfortable and well looked after. I cannot rate them highly enough, there should be an option for six stars.
