GoogleZest were amazing in helping us sell my mum’s bungalow in herne bay after my father died at Christmas . Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to reassure and help x the compassion and empathy towards my mum and I was above and beyond . GoogleIf you are looking for a new home then, Michelle and the team at Zest are my 100% recommendation! From enquiry to move in was under a month, we needed things dealt with quickly and efficiently and that’s exactly what the team done. We had a viewing on a Sunday at short notice which is just unheard of and the house was cleaned top to bottom before we moved in. I honestly couldn’t ask for more. As a tenant these guys were faultless, as a future landlord, I am already convinced that Zest Homes will be the guys I trust with my home! Thank you guys, much appreciated. Rich & Stevie.

GoogleVero Group have recently been carrying out electrical works on several of Zest Homes' rental properties, and the experience has been excellent. Communication has been smooth, access has been well organised, and everything has run efficiently. A special mention to Sophie, who has been brilliant throughout. She's been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in coordinating works and keeping everything on track.

GoogleWe completed on our home back in March and couldn’t be happier. What an emotional roller coaster that was as first time buyers! Chris and Michelle were amazing and helped us through this complicated process. I remember there was one point when the sale almost fell through after being mis-advised by our initial mortgage broker. I called Chris at the brink of tears and she literally said ‘leave it with the me darling, we’ll see what we can do’. The most comforting and reassuring words that I didn’t know I needed to hear at the time. She referred us to Jade who is literally mortgage broker extraordinaire. The process was by no means straightforward but Zest homes and Jade were there every step of the way and always answered our never ending questions. If you’re thinking about getting your home through Zest, do it! Thank you ladies:)

I purchased a house that I really wanted, as everyone knows buying a new home is one of the most stressful experiences one can go through, zest homes were amazing and ensured that through out the purchase they informed me of the progress every step of the way! They found us a home, and throughout the process constantly checked on us and our well-being too. GoogleAfter shopping around and contacting several local lettings agencies, Michelle at Zest Homes was by far the best person for the job. Michelle was friendly, intelligent and always put my needs first; the other agencies had none of these qualities. Within 1 week she had arranged 6 viewings and closed the deal for new tenants to move into my property, dealing with all the paperwork. As with any new let, there are teething problems. Michelle dealt with these immediately and kept me informed at all times. I can't recommend Zest Homes enough. The process has been simple with competitive pricing and top notch service - a great customer experience!

GoogleAfter dealing with Christine on somewhat convoluted purchase and my experience with previous estate agents,I cannot speak highly enough of the determination that Christine provided to get our purchase done on time , totally changed my perspective on estate agents, cannot thank her enough,went over and above on our purchase,if there is somebody you would want dealing with your sale or purchase Christine is the the person you need, usually I don't make recommendations at all ,but feel I needed to on this occasion. GoogleAfter my property being with another agency for 18 months, Zest sold it within a month! I was really impressed with how Michelle and Jess worked and got things done. Communication was amazing and I spoke to Michelle most days with updates about what was happening. Sometimes I messaged late evening and got a reply that night! You wouldn't get that with anyone else! Michelle and Jess are very down to earth and easy to talk to and even helped with all the paperwork I didnt understand. 100% reccomend and I will be using Zest again in the future!
