I've used the Ramsgate branch of Wards several times over the years both for buying and, most recently, twice for selling. On each occasion I have found the team highly motivated towards success and very helpful. Their selling fees are fair compared to other traditional High Street agents and their marketing, customer support and service excellent. I would particularly pay tribute to Maria, their Sales Progressor, who keeps all parties in a house sale fully and promptly informed of progress and who will chase matters diligently when necessary. I am happy to recommend this branch of Wards without reservation based on my own experiences.

I went into Wards of Ramsgate to request a valuation of my property. Some details were taken down and I was told that Dan Daly would come along the following Monday. He rang that morning to confirm what I was after and he came later on. He explained to me how he would achieve the valuation and that he would put it into writing for me which he did later on. He was very professional in his attitude and I trusted that he had done his research to reach the correct valuation. I would certainly use Wards again

After attempting to sell my property through another local estate agent who failed miserably, I instructed Wards in Ramsgate after speaking to the manager Dan Daly who was outstanding. They not only successfully sold my property but were efficient, pro active, with excellent communication throughout - from the team in the office carrying out viewings to the sales progressor once an offer was accepted. I would not hesitate to recommend the team, who went above and beyond to ensure my property was sold in a timely manner, obtaining the sale price I needed. Well done Team Ramsgate.

Meant to leave this review back in Feb. Purchased a flat in High St, Ramsgate and staff were very helpful. Needed to remortgage my paid off property in London for a very small amount, to finance the outright purchase of flat. I hit some issues with mortgage since I had been self employed for some 15 years and had done all the company accounts myself. This estate agent referred me to a specialist mortgage advisor who gave me some good advise in connection with mortgage application, which was successful.

Unfortunately I had a sudden stay in hospital during the processing of all the necessary paper work that needed to be done and could not of coped with out her assistance and help.
