Wards Agency and more specifically my letting agent David Odunlami have been brilliant - I recently moved into a new rental apartment, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. David showed me more than one property during my search, he was always timely, friendly and professional. When I chose my final selection the referencing process was smooth, and so were my queries and correspondence to the landlord via Wards. The communication has been excellent. I have experience of moving before with other letting agencies - and I can say that Wards have been the best I’ve experienced! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home. Daisy

From the 1st initial call with Billy, through to the viewing with Chris and finally getting the offer agreed through James the process was seamless. All three were polite and efficient and nothing was any trouble. I would advise anyone who is looking to buy, rent or sell property in Ramsgate to begin with Wards. 18th April 2024 I have just agreed to sell a property through Wards and Harry, Billy, Natalie and James are consistently doing a great job selling properties. Absolutely the worst Estate Agents office I have dealt with to date. Completely incompetent and disingenuous. Should you value your time, patience and sanity, I would strongly consider your other options prior to making that call, or indeed praying that the vendor decides to move to another agent to sell their property. I experienced wonderful life affirming situations such as; an agent withholding information regarding key internal infrastructure of a house that was plainly evident upon viewing the property, and also attempting to market and sell houses with.....scaffolding on the entire rear elevation. When pushed for the reason behind the former's inclusion in the sale (yep, it wasn't coming down), the agent appeared to arbitrarily pluck reasons out the air and was simply unable/unwilling to explain why the scaffold is actually there. Apparently the "builder went bust". Right. Ok. Bodes well. Further to this the agents are in general a super cocky, over familiar bunch, however to more mature world wise actual adults it merely comes across as misplaced confidence akin to an arrogant year 10 blagging their way through a literature presentation for a book that they haven't actually read, ie hands over the face excruciating. Throw in a manager that is as high handed and condescending as Alan Partridge conducting an interview and you have a lovely team. Well done guys!

We were told that our previous landlord was selling up urgently. We went to Wards in Ramsgate where we were met by the very friendly Hannah Mcgilley. She was VERY understanding and professional and explained everything we had to do to secure our next home. We organised a viewing and fell in love with the house immediately. Everyone knows how absolutely exhausting searching for a new home can be and to make that a better experience, a good agent is a must. That agent in our case was Hannah, she helped my significant other and I find a wonderful two bedroom in the exact location that we wanted and was very professional and communicative throught the process.
