Amy was a conduit to everyone and was always helpful when I called.
Still a little way to go until everything finishes up but credit where it's due Wards in Ramsgate are a brilliant team full of considerate and motivated staff!!

If I was unsure of anything I only had to pick the phone up & they would explain it to me. I was also able to pop in to the branch & see them at anytime. It has been a bit of an emotional journey but Wards were wonderful & their support was much appreciated.
