A gentleman named David Odunlami was my point of contact and couldn’t have been more professional and reassuring throughout, thorough background checks in place too which is reassuring. If I could give less that 1 star then I would. I’ve had to deal with David who is beyond useless and can’t tell the difference between furnished and unfurnished. We’ve moved into a house with a mouse problem and the place was dirty and full of mouse traps and loads of furniture.. David has been no help at all.

Absolutely dishonest! Booked hotels for viewings for 2 properties on a Wednesday, got a call today to tell me both only wanted viewings on a weekend and was not told one was a tenanted property so that would have been a stupid viewing should the tenant want to remain... wards of Ramsgate suck!

My experience with Wards Ramsgate branch has been amazing. Firstly Natalie Woods has been not only very good at her job but has gone above and beyond with my sale on a very caring and personal level she took the time to come out and visit mum in the carehome and was so patient with her. Natalie has guided me through this process and taken all the stress away by helping us fill in forms and the way she helps you is on another level of kindness and understanding and you can see she clearly knows what she's talking about. I also want to say that Harry Brundle is so helpful over the phone and always found the answers I needed.

Jake Krneta has been totally brilliant! He accompanied us to several viewings and was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was very well prepared for every viewing and was able to answer all our questions about the Ramsgate area and the properties themselves. I was very weary before I used Ward and partners as I have used other company's in the past and had a very stressful time before my move and also whilst in the property. I was looking for a new property to move into as my then landlord was not living up to the standards that a landlord should, so I was already stressed before I even began my search. On my way into Ramsgate town I thought I would pop into some estate agents, most of them just handed me a list of property's and I went on my way. I then went into Wards where I was greeted by a lettings manager David. Straight away he asked me to take a seat and asked me what my situation was and what I was looking for. David and his team took a real interest in all my needs David really knows his stuff and talked me through everything and I mean everything. David then set a date for me to view the property which I took. The Ward and partners team kept me updated every step of the way and not once did I feel stressed about my move. I am still in the property and stress free. If you are looking for a letting agent that actually gets the job done and care about customer service then go with Wards if you are looking for a bad stressful experience go with the other cowboy letting agents.

In process of buying through Wards of Ramsgate and have been mainly dealing with Natalie there, we had looked at lot of property's but none ticked the box, there was one more we'd seen advertised and somehow Natalie managed to squeeze us in within an hours notice at 5pm on a Saturday! She didn't rush us on viewing either. Since then we have had an offer accepted on this property and nothings been too trouble like getting back in to take measurements etc. We have dealt with other members of staff there and been treated with the same level of helpfulness and professionalism too.
