GoogleSelling our house through Wards last year was an utter shambles. They lied to us throughout the process and kept us in the dark when it suited them. The level of selfishness and incompetence from Wards was mind blowing. They shouldn't be allowed to sell penny sweets let alone houses. Even when we complained to the Head Office we received even more BS. The company smells worse than a public toilet.

GoogleWe have just agreed a house purchase through Wards Ramsgate branch. Everyone involved there has been excellent - efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. Special mention must go to James Rixon who guided us throughout a rather complex set of circumstances with grace, encouragement and good humour. We would not have reached the finishing post without his good natured guidance.

GoogleThe letting service misled both myself as a landlord in terms of their managed service capability and my tenant was not given any guidance on the property when collecting the keys. I would not recommend or use them again.
Dear Mr Machin, I am very sorry that you were unhappy with the service received from our Thanet office relating to the hand-over of the keys, I can see that you took our Tenant Introduction service not our managed service as your review suggests which does not include any form of check in. GoogleWards did an OK job selling my mother’s property, considering the pandemic restrictions. The feedback on viewings was a little hit and miss and the same people viewing were listed as separate appointments. The sales progressor assigned to our sale, Sally Bryant, was proactive and kept the whole thing moving outside of the legal process.
