GoogleThis company are only interested in signing you up as sole agent after that there is absolutely no communication & no marketing. I am totally dissatisfied, don't sign with them unless you have months to waste. Thankfully our contract has come to an end and I can now move on to another Estate Agent with more business integrity!

GoogleVery poor service....Numerous problems with the property we are renting, contacted the lettings department to question whats been done about it. They either ignore the phone calls, or just dont bother with getting the work done. Quick enough taking your hard earned dosh though. Cowboy firm at best.

GoogleVery poor communication from Ramsgate branch also Tolhurst solicitors. They really did zilch for the price they charge to sell a house. Will never use them again.

GoogleWe have had problems with our let since we moved in over a year ago, they dont communicate well between the landlord and the tenant. Would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleMy wife has emailed this company twice trying to schedule a viewing of a property for sale and has never heard back from them. I wonder how they sell any property when they never get back to customers.
