What a rollercoaster

What a rollercoaster! After a bad experience with a previous manager, Kris Whiteoak came into the office and was a breath of fresh air, he understood and cared for our situation. The calm approach and doing what he said he was going to do really meant a lot to us. We are now under offer and cannot thank Kris enough, we was on the verge of giving up!

Amy is a a very good personality and specialist! She tried to do her best to help. Generally, I a have a nice attitude about this Agency. Amy always gave a call back, booked viewings for us, were in time. Sms system is also great as you have many viewings and never forgets what time , address and agent's name.Hope, people who are going to sell properties will choose good ones :)

Excellent, quick and helpful service

I recently had a problem with my heating not working properly, so I reported the issue on Sunday, had a phonecall from Wards on the Monday morning and a plumber attended our house on the Tuesday and our heating was back working within an hour! Really impressed with how Wards handled the situation, customer service Tom was brilliant, and Jack our plumber from JPM was very polite and friendly, and gave us the best advice to keep our house warm and what to do dealing with any condensation while heating up the house. Really pleased with how our issue was handled. Thank you everyone involved!

Nick and his team are great!

Nick and his team were great from start to finish, from viewing our new home one Saturday afternoon, to the following weekend, having our own house on the market, with multiple offers and the offer on our new home accepted. There were a few hiccups towards the end of the process, but the team were on hand to help and get everything sorted and we moved without any major problems or delays. We would fully recommend the team at Wards, Ashford and if needed we will use them again in the future.

I recently sold my property in Caxton Close, Hartley, Longfield, Kent.Right from the outset - Terri Truckle the Branch Manager @ WARDS in New Ash Green and her team were professional and relentless and determined in getting the property marketed and sold. The service they rendered was second to none with regular marketing adverts and e mail updates, sales e mail updates and viewing and appointment updates. Nothing was left to chance - and their customer service acumen was outstanding. They kept me informed all the way with the progress of the house sale. Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)

I have dealt with Laura and her amazing team for a number of years now and can’t fault their professionalism and knowledge.Tessa has recently dealt with finding a new tenant for a rental property for me.I only had a gap of a week between tenants which was down to Tessa’s conscientious approach to finding the right tenant and ensuring that checks/inventory etc were carried out smoothly and efficiently. I had the property on the market with a well known online agent, accepted offer but the sale fell through went back on the market and accepted another offer which also fell through due to chain issues and decided to have a break on the house search. A few month past and I viewed another property listed with Wards and met Imarna I explained my situation with my current property as wanted to find our onward purchase before marketing the property again not to have to go through the process again for there to be issues. Part of the reasons for the sale falling through I believe was no sales progression from the online agents so I said I was open to letting another agent market the property, Imarna said that they had recently sold a property for over the asking price and they was looking for a property like mine and thought they could achieve a price higher than the asking price, I thought they is no harm in letting them have a go at marketing it if they can achieve more for the property to cover the additional fees. Laura come to my house and I agreed to give Wards the listing and one viewing to take place at the weekend. After the viewing we received an offer above asking price which we accepted and I cannot fault the service and how responsive and easy it has been with Wards in comparison with the online agent. I knew the house would sell no matter what agent it was with so went cheap and got cheap service, I just wish I had gone with Wards straight away and maybe wouldn’t of wasted thousands on fees. Every communication I have had with Laura and Imarna has been a pleasure and really felt looked after and cared for.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Had the great pleasure of working with George Jordan to get my first property with my fiancé. We were time limited with finding a place but George was so flexible with us he made the whole process easy. My schedule can be a bit difficult but he was always willing to work around it. Being our first property, we didn't have a lot of knowledge about the market but he gave us great advice in being able to secure such a good property and I feel in general Wards have quite a fair process in terms of securing housing for clients. We're so glad we have this place and we thank George for all his help with this. We also love the Wards welcome pack we received.. so nice :)

Hardworking and approachable

Alex, Leanne and Ollie at Wards Tenterden were a great source of support during our lengthy and stressful purchase. Managing communication between us and our seller, they did a great job of managing expectations and keeping all parties in the loop. Additionally, they also helped keep pressure on other parties involved, agents/solicitor/etc., in the process to help keep those lines of communication open. When we finally collected our keys, it was a bit like a celebration!
