We have been working with the Sales Advisor Tracey Gammon throughout our journey. The service and expertise in by Tracey has been exceptional and Tracey can not come highly recommended enough . Helpful and professional

Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)

Faultless experience once again

I have dealt with Laura and her amazing team for a number of years now and can’t fault their professionalism and knowledge.Tessa has recently dealt with finding a new tenant for a rental property for me.I only had a gap of a week between tenants which was down to Tessa’s conscientious approach to finding the right tenant and ensuring that checks/inventory etc were carried out smoothly and efficiently. She was at the end of the phone from start to finish with invaluable advice.I will continue to use Wards in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

I had the property on the market with a well known online agent, accepted offer but the sale fell through went back on the market and accepted another offer which also fell through due to chain issues and decided to have a break on the house search. A few month past and I viewed another property listed with Wards and met Imarna I explained my situation with my current property as wanted to find our onward purchase before marketing the property again not to have to go through the process again for there to be issues. Part of the reasons for the sale falling through I believe was no sales progression from the online agents so I said I was open to letting another agent market the property, Imarna said that they had recently sold a property for over the asking price and they was looking for a property like mine and thought they could achieve a price higher than the asking price, I thought they is no harm in letting them have a go at marketing it if they can achieve more for the property to cover the additional fees. Laura come to my house and I agreed to give Wards the listing and one viewing to take place at the weekend. After the viewing we received an offer above asking price which we accepted and I cannot fault the service and how responsive and easy it has been with Wards in comparison with the online agent. I knew the house would sell no matter what agent it was with so went cheap and got cheap service, I just wish I had gone with Wards straight away and maybe wouldn’t of wasted thousands on fees. Every communication I have had with Laura and Imarna has been a pleasure and really felt looked after and cared for.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Had the great pleasure of working with George Jordan to get my first property with my fiancé. We were time limited with finding a place but George was so flexible with us he made the whole process easy. My schedule can be a bit difficult but he was always willing to work around it. Being our first property, we didn't have a lot of knowledge about the market but he gave us great advice in being able to secure such a good property and I feel in general Wards have quite a fair process in terms of securing housing for clients. We're so glad we have this place and we thank George for all his help with this. We also love the Wards welcome pack we received.. so nice :)

Hardworking and approachable

Alex, Leanne and Ollie at Wards Tenterden were a great source of support during our lengthy and stressful purchase. Managing communication between us and our seller, they did a great job of managing expectations and keeping all parties in the loop. Additionally, they also helped keep pressure on other parties involved, agents/solicitor/etc., in the process to help keep those lines of communication open. 'Time is the most valuable commodity' and a key takeaway from my Wards of Walderslade experience is they are willing to give you as much of theirs as they can. Kenny George (Snr Branch Partner) and Sam Bahia (Snr Marketing Consultant) never put a property forward that did not meet our requirements and always made themselves available to us throughout the buying and selling process. The house hunting road was bumpy , but the quality of service was not and with the additional support and efforts of Keiran Zwolinski and Kim Batchelor we have now found the right home to start our new chapter.

An excellent service with personable staff

An excellent service with personable staff who completely understood our requirements. We rented an apartment through Maria at the Ramsgate Branch of Wards. Maria made the whole pre-tenancy experience incredibly straightforward - making sure we had all the correct information when we needed it, follow up calls to make sure we understood everything, even a service to set up all the utilities which ensured we were settled in time for Christmas. We even received a moving in gift pack! We've used several letting agents in the past and Wards easily come out on top.

Excellent customer service skills paired with unrivalled knowledge and experience

When I decided to sell my home, I invited 3 different estate agents to visit and provide a quote. I bought the home through Wards almost 5 years before, and my neighbour had recently sold with them so naturally they made the shortlist. What stood out to me about Wards when they visited, was their genuine interest in me selling my property as well as helping me to find my next home. Their fees are a touch higher than their competitors, but don't forget you get what you pay for. My house was sold within 3 days of being on the market - the entire team were great at communicating and liaising with me. Kenny was amazing, he is genuine in his enthusiasm to make you happy and help you on your journey - and he cares about the right decision for you and your family.As amazing as Kenny and the team are, I do however have to make a special mention. The real MVP in my eyes was Kim Batchelor, the Senior Sales Progresser. I remembered Kim from when I bought the property years before as a first time buyer, as she consistently kept me in the loop during a long chain and put my mind at ease, but nothing could prepare me for the long chain of selling and purchasing and the various unforeseen issues that would arise above me in the chain. Kim is an expert in her field, and I have no doubt that the road between agreeing a sale and purchase and completion would have been twice as long if it wasn't for her help. Kim communicated with me almost daily, including texting me when she wasn't working but had heard of updates. Kim was professional at all times, but also extremely friendly and personable. I will forever be grateful for her help in such a busy and stressful time in our life.
