GoogleOur house move turned out to be a rather long process and a bit stressful. But I would like to thank all the Wards team for their support especially Jodi Wyncell who kept us informed as to how things were proceeding and reassured us that all was progressing well, even if a bit slow. He called to follow up on a conversation that we had regarding potentially selling our property. Talking us the the pros and cons and how we got on with the other agents. GoogleI have dealt with at least three people from Wards in Hythe. Their service would be better if the staff with différent roles communicated more with each other. Having said that, everyone I have spoken to from this office has been very polite and generally helpful.

GoogleWards of Hythe helped my Dad sell his property in Sellindge, viewings were arranged very quickly folliwing the valuation and an offer was accepted within 2 weeks! All the staff were friendly and professional at all times and the Sales Progresser, Jodi was absolutely brilliant in supporting us as things got tense close to Exchange. GoogleThe team at Wards Hythe were amazing. They worked hard to sell our property, and even harder to keep the sale progressing to completion. They kept us in the loop, returned calls when asked to do so and frankly, I can't recommend them highly enough. This is the third house I have sold via this branch over the years and the service has always been fantastic.

GoogleNothing is too much trouble for the Wards team in Hythe. We bought a property from them this year. Big Mark, kind and polite and super honest, little Mark is excellent, always there to answer questions and did wonders with moving the timeline on, Darren was brilliant and especially in the week before exchange, he kept us informed and calm and then ofcourse there’s lovely Florence who was genuinely pleased and excited for us. Brilliantly team and highly recommend!

GoogleWe purchased a retirement property in Hythe for my elderly mother; a major upheaval for a woman who had been in her large, family home for fifty plus years. There aren’t enough superlatives for Darren Cakebread in the Hythe branch of Wards. He was kind, understanding and gentle with my mother and pushed me to look at a property which I wasn’t initially interested in and which turned out to be the perfect flat. He dealt with solicitor complications and frustrations in a calm manner, kept in touch throughout the whole process and continues to check in to see how mum has settled. He went above and beyond for us through the entire process and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

GoogleMy dad sold his home with the Hythe Kent team last year, however, he suddenly past away the day before the sales completion date. Everything was put on hold while probate was applied for. I worked closely with Jodie, who was always at the end of the phone for any queries I had...I had loads...didnt understand most of what was going on around me. She was always friendly professional and answered all my concerns, I felt like I was dealing with friend. We have finally got everything sorted and I would like to thank the whole team for their support, efficiency, calling me back when I needed them... I know that may seem like small things, but when you are stressed and grieving, having someone who actually does what they say they will was a great comfort to me...I could carry on dealing with all the other things. Highly recommend all the service dad and I received. A big thank you to you all x
