TrustpilotBest Estate agent in area!
This is the third time we have used Michael Robinson and Jackson and each time they have been excellent. Sold our house(s) each time within two weeks, to buyers who were genuine. The sales progressor kept us informed throughout the sale(s) and pushed the buyers solicitor when required.Kept us informed by email and telephone. They are slightly more expensive than some but it’s a price worth paying in our opinion.Great service, great marketing and great staff (during this very difficult time).Thank you! TrustpilotNot helpful at all
Me and my husband was trying to rent a property via Robinson Jackson, we found a property on Rightmove and called, the number on rightmove is their help desk and the lady there said she's putting us in contact with one of their agents but just didn't. After we finally started the enquiry, we were asked to provide our own credit own credit check and we have to put in sooo much personal info into a website we don't really trust. They also specified Experian identity to use for credit check which made the renting process so hard. We had to give up the property in the end.

TrustpilotAbsolute bell ends from the welling…
Absolute bell ends from the welling branch Tony and scott could manage the toilet ques let allow be management. How a company can have these 2 represent them is beyond me. Just shows the standards they have. See below not just me look at all the reviews and the sad thing is no one even above them cares. Be very careful as they also take back handers from property developers so they will constantly lie above properties and offer. Very unprofessional, very poor communication skills and will make buying your home a nightmare. Stay away from welling branch and try others if really desperate but believe me and the others who have written on here they are a disgrace. More like the chuckle brothers or dumb and dumber. The 1 star is way too high for this company. Buying a home is meant to be a pleasant experience and not a peasant experience. Shocking communication skills, no customer service skills, i am very surprised that the so called directors/partners conduct themselves in the same manner and there is a very poor complaints procedure. Customer reviews mean nothing to this company as if they did they would do something about the clowns they have in their welling office. I really hope no one goes through the experience i have with them and also i would urge you to put a review up so people can see how terrible they are. Most good reviews will be from people selling their homes but look at the one looking to buy?? They may advertise as they have the most properties but they forgot to state they have the worst service and no care attitude. Absolute disgrace which i can understand from the sales manager as he thinks he is a big boy with a promotion on the cards but if u promote someone like that to branch manager shows the quality you hire. I would have expected better from the Branch manager but his head is stuck up Scotts a*** and he is struggling to pull it out. For someone to take the time to write this long review imagine how much they must have pissed them off.If you do see a property you really like try other branches to avoid disappointment as i cannot comment on their services but welling is an absolute joke full of clowns who think they represent themselves and not the company who pay their wages.

TrustpilotAbsolutely Rubbish
They were managing (fully managed) my buy to let property. 1. They found a tenant with lower than market price, but they said the tenants are excellent people. Once the tenant left, I realised they had damaged the property, left a lot of rubbish, they destroyed an arch in the garden, etc. 2. During tenancy, with high frequency I had to pay for Robinson Jackson's contractors to repair various things, repeatedly, e.g., the lock for the door to the garden, or toilet, leaking etc. Every time I paid for a proper repairmen, but the problems kept repeating. Every time I complained why these problems are repeating, they said the contractor (their own contractor) knows me and he would call me to explain, which never did!3. Once the tenants left, the money that I could recover for damages was much less than what I had to pay for Robinson Jackson to repair the damages. 4. Theft by their contractors: They contractor charged me, about £400 for arch, they sent me picture that they have installed it. Due to lock down, I did not personally went to look. However, when the new estate agent company (Your Move) sent picture of the garden, I noticed the arch is missing. I have been chasing Robinson and Jackson for months to get my money back, every time they say we do not work with that contractor anymore. They say they need to get hold of him to see what happened. Nowadays, it seems somehow they know I am calling them and they do not pick up the phone!

TrustpilotPlease for your own sake, steer clear
They quite literally could not be any more incompetent if they tried. It took them nearly a week to fix our boiler when we had no hot water. I should’ve known they weren’t going to be good when we showed up to pick up keys on our moving in day and they hadn’t even cut enough keys for the 3 of us. But in a nice cyclical nature, when my flatmate dropped off keys when we moved out, they had no idea we were moving out either.

GoogleQuite a difficult property to sell on behalf of my late parents ... very run down ex-council house. Wanted a quick sale but was let down by my first agents who really didn't try hard to sell it.
When i went to Robinson Jackson at Northumberland Heath, Kent, they listened to my concerns, were realistic about pricing and went full out to sell it for me. Very proactive in getting in viewers, always kept me informed of progress. Likewise once we secured a buyer ... again very efficient, pushed things through on both sides for a quick sale, always updating me. All the staff at that branch excellent at what they do and lovely to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

TrustpilotCOMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL
I was the buyer of a flat marketed by them. They delayed everything so much, gave incorrect information about the lease and service charges, and mistakenly copied me in on an email from the manager to a colleague saying I was mad and to ignore me. I was mad in that I was mad about the lack of service or any professional standards at all, which nearly lost me a good buyer.

TrustpilotNot good enough to warrant the commission charges !
5 Stars to Tracey in the progress department, THANK YOU for all your help and understanding with our sale, you were fantastic particularly when things got very frustrating. Keep up the good work, you are an asset to Robinson Jackson. If I was giving a rating for Robinson Jackson in general it would be a 2 Star rating, without Tracey I would have withdrawn the sale. I don’t believe we were given the best advice regarding our Buyer, and feel the commission we paid was too high regarding the service we received, I could have done the same myself. The house we was selling was chain free, empty, freehold and in a good location. We have sold two previous properties through Robinson Jackson and was happy with the service, hence returning, we also used the Solicitors they work alongside of, who proved to be inadequate, to the point we had to have the Solicitor working on our sale replaced with another! The Solicitor our Buyer used was also appalling, maybe it’s Solictors in general. At one point I received an email at 10.45 PM on a Friday night stating something regarding the property which caused me not to sleep, and being a Friday could not talk to anyone until the Monday! I never did receive an explanation as to why this was sent at 10.45 pm.

TrustpilotAvoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague! Renting from them and they never send anyone for any problems. The last straw was today!! We have ONE toilet in the house between 3 adults, and the flush has broken, so we have no working toilet in our house! We called up Robinson Jackson and they didn't see this as an emergency and will be sending someone "probably" a day later. NO working toilet and it's not an emergency?? And get this... their solution? "Use a bucket" - I kid you not, the person at the branch suggested we use a bloody bucket as the toilet! I will be taking this matter to a higher authority, but this is just absolutely unacceptable!!

TrustpilotAbsolute cowboys - Don't care about you as a customer - Just after maximum income they can make
Absolute cowboys - Accepted my offer on a property and just when I filed mortgage application and set everything in motion with lender, solicitor and others involved, these dudes came back asking to up the offer amount, not once, not twice but thrice till I decided to pull out of the deal. They clearly don't and wont represent your interest and all they care about is the max return they make on a sale. It's my first property and these sharks just tried to kill my dream of buying a dream home... their loss as other options have now come up. I have always heard several bad stories about sales/letting agents and this first time experience has just confirmed everything I hear about them. Wish I looked on here before even venturing into this whole sad ending rubbish. I know not to deal with Robinson Jackson in the near or distance future.

TrustpilotAvoid this agency at all costs
Avoid this agency at all costs. They seem eager to please at first but the minute you're tied in they will cause you hours of stress and misery. We were told numerous lies at and following the viewing - whatever it took to get us interested. None of the cleaning/work previously discussed was done before the move in date and it has been like pulling teeth to get anything done ever since. Like some other reviewers we spent hours doing this work ourselves as a result. Staff seem completely uninterested in the welfare of tenants or the condition of the property.

TrustpilotHigh recommendation for RJ
RJ find our tenants and manage our flat. We receive regular updates and bi- annual photos of the flat. Our tenants have always been happy, kept the flat in good order and paid their rent in full and on time. Any issues are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner by RJ. I would highly recommend them as agents.

After signing up to Purple Bricks to sell our house which they failed to do we decided to use high street estate agent. R.J sold our property within 4 weeks of it being on the market. Good communication throughout the sale and onto exchange of contracts.. Only reason haven't given them 5 stars is the amount of money they charge but did get a fixed fee instead of a percentage and they were cheaper due to this than other local estate agents in the area.

I recently purchased a new home using Robinson Michael Jackson. From the very start of my dealings with them the team did everything possible to make my purchase as easy and stress free as possible They certainly put me first as the end customer. A special thanks to Jo in the Gravesend office who always went the extra mile and answered emails and phone calls at unsocialble times too - well recommended

TrustpilotAbsolutely awful, warning to everyone thinking of renting with Robinsona md JAckson-DONT!
Rented a property in Greenhithe through RJ, was meant to be unfurnished but when I turned up to the property it was still furnished with dirty washing still in the washing machine and dirty toiletries in the bathroom, I was promised the property would be professionally cleaned including the carpets, it most certainly was not clean, after the flat was finally emptied I was told it would be cleaned. I was then told it was cleaned but yet the carpets had not been hoovered, there was cobwebs everywhere, the skirting was still dusty. Marks on the walls, the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and the windows were awful, the cooker and fridge were also awful. After taking time off work and getting friends round to help clean it looked better, I paid for the walls to be painted. Then a year later was told I had to be out as the landlady was selling up and the new buyers were buying the place to live in and not rent out! I struggled and worried to find somewhere else for me and my little boy.
A few days before I was due to move out my ironing board collapsed and left an iron mark in the corner of the room on the floor, I contacted my home insurance who agreed to replace all the carpet, however I was told by RJ that the landlady wanted £465 for the carpet. I explained I had contents insurance ( this is something they ordered I have and that I could not move in without it) but they were useless and didn't care. The landlady is now trying to claim nearly £1000!
Yesterday I went to collect my post from the old address only to find out from the new tenants that it is actually being rented out!! So RJ completely lied to get me out despite me being an excellent tenant and paying rent on time every month. They also showed me that the carpets were new everywhere so they were trying to claim new carpets for the whole flat rather then just the front room (which is absolutely tiny)
Do not trust RObinson Jackson at all, they just take the money but absolutely no care for their tenants, do not believe in doing what's right. awful.
