I had a very positive experience with Robinson Jackson, this was my second transaction with this branch and they were extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks to this team, the process was as seamless as the sale of a property can be! Joe, the Branch Manager instilled me with immediate confidence during the initial valuation appointment, so much so that I did not even obtain a comparative valuation from another firm. Graham and Kirsty conducted most of the viewings and they were both amazing, they always ensured viewing times worked for me as I work from home and they were attentive to the specific property details which were the positive 'selling points'. Paula was extremely helpful in the late stages of the sale which included dealing with a somewhat unresponsive management company. In contrast, she was always responsive to my queries, providing me with regular updates and calmly dealing with my 'scatter brain' as we pushed to get the transaction over the line before the easter break! This is the 'A Team' and I would not have wanted to partner with anyone else for the sale and purchase of my home. They are all assets to the Robinson Jackson brand!

I can’t say enough about the professional service carried by Robinson Jackson. Graham was very professional and informative on his visit to value the property. He took photos and explained everything to me. Most of my viewings were carried out by Kirsty, who might I say is absolutely terrific. Kirsty seemed to put the viewers and myself at ease with her bubbly personality, she is a credit to your team. Paula has been amazing, she has gone over and above in her job to keep me updated on everything going forward with the sale. This is the second time I have used Robinson Jackson to sell my properties. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

We had chosen Robinson Jackson Northumberland Heath because they seemed one of the well established estate agents in our area. The Branch Manager Joe Buckle informed us about the current market situation which actually resulted in reducing the asking price of our property to a more realistic level. By doing so this triggered a greater interest in our property. All the time Joe and Graham as well as other members of his team informed us about the various viewings and kept us updated of further developments. They were very friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. We were also happy to use their own lawyer, which gave us a sense of confidence that everything was taken care of. We were struggling to sell our shared ownership property, so we hunted online for a new estate agent. We came across Robinson-Jackson, and thought we’d give them a try, even though we were 2 counties over! Graham and Vince have gone above and beyond for us, despite our housing association placing so many restrictions on us as to who could buy. I was worried that first week that Graham was going to phone me and say “I’m really sorry, but we can’t help you!” But that never happened. They’ve kept us in the loop throughout, even on quieter weeks, with Graham trekking all the way out here to do photos and the floor plan (a service the original estate agent wouldn’t do!) Our property was on the market for 4 months, with 0 interest before we switched- now, less than 2 months after switching to Robinson-Jackson we have not 1, but 2 seriously interested parties, a testament to the teams hard work and commitment. I would recommend them to anyone, even if you think they may not be able to help (out of area, for instance), give them a try and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised😊 I know we were! Thank you so much for restoring our faith in estate agents!

We had a really lovely experience with Robinson Jackson Northumberland branch. From contacting them to request a viewing, to the appointment, submitting our offer and being notified of the all the stages of our offer right the way through to completion of our purchase, everything was smooth and it was always easy to get hold of someone. We had Paula as our dedicated case manager assisting us with our sale and she kept us in the loop of every stage the sellers were at with their search and of course did her due diligence to ensure we were staying on track on our side of all the things we had to do. For both the buying and selling side of things, the team did a wonderful job and I'm sure the sellers were as happy with their support for the sale as we were with them with our purchase. As a 1st time homebuyer, the experience of purchasing my new house through Robinson Jackson was a mix of highs and lows, but overall, it was a positive journey thanks to the incredible support of their team, especially Jane Wilkinson. Jane was a star throughout the journey. From the outset, Jane was a beacon of reliability and professionalism. She kept everything in order, providing invaluable advice and suggestions whenever needed. Jane was the only person who consistently kept the conveyancing process transparent and active. Her welcoming, accommodating, and understanding nature made the entire process much more manageable. I genuinely felt that she was committed to helping me navigate through the complexities of buying a repossessed property, which added an extra layer of difficulty to the purchase. Another individual who deserves a mention is Joe. He was instrumental during the initial stages, providing necessary assistance and making sure that I was well-informed about the process. His support was crucial during the early phases of my home-buying journey. However, there were some aspects of the experience that could have been improved. Initially, I felt somewhat rushed into the process, and it seemed like the price was inflated to push me into a decision. Comparing with housing websites, I believe better negotiation with the sellers could have been made for our offer amount. This was a repossessed property, which does come with its unique challenges, but I still feel more could have been done to assist us in securing a better deal. In conclusion, despite some bumps along the way, my experience with Robinson Jackson was largely positive, thanks to the dedication of individuals like Jane and Joe. We recently bought a house through the Belvedere branch of Robinson Jackson. The sales team were very accommodating, showing and reshowing the house to us and their sales negotiators, especially Charlie Greenway, were excellent at promptly answering all our questions (even the possibility daft ones). I bought a house in Northumberland Heath, after being let down on a previous purchase. Robinson Jackson are very big in the locality and have excellent local knowledge, which proved invaluable, when it came to understanding common features affecting houses in the street - such as the type of roof and loft. I felt very supported in my buying journey. The staff are very obliging and helpful. I strongly recommend prospective buyers, and probably sellers, to go with this firm. They are very proactive and always answer phone calls and chase up enquiries very promptly and efficiently. Paula Valser, the sales progressor, is fantastic and you will really appreciate her efforts, when you get into the thick of things. When you are in a situation where your solicitor is often too busy, 'on completions' to answer your enquiry, the other agent isn't very quick at getting back to you, and you need information from the other side, Paula will follow it up proficiently - obviously very pleasantly and diplomatically, because she always gets answers. I would describe her as the glue which holds the process together, where different professionals are involved. She is always the first to pass on updates and keeps things progressing. I can't imagine what it would be like with a longer chain than I had ( I bought an empty house and sold to someone without a property to sell), but you would definitely benefit from a professional like Paula, if the situation were complex.

When my Dad died I instructed Robinson Jackson to sell the house. When Garry came round to value it he was straight forward with what we could expect, sensitive to our grief and wasn't pushy. Every time there was a viewing booked I was emailed informing me. Living 50 miles away, if i needed to ask something it was easy to phone the office and speak with someone. Likewise they would call me with new progress reports etc. Whether you're moving house or in my case selling a house that's in probate, or awaiting probate, I would highly recommend this office, everyone who works here is only too willing to help you. I have found the services of Robinson Jackson exemplary and would highly recommend any sales transactions. Garry kept in touch with me on a regular basis until circumstances allowed me to put my property on the market. It was marketed speedily and I was always informed/kept up to date with viewings. A sale was agreed within a couple of weeks (a special thank you Garry) Jane then took over and coordinated between my solicitor and the buyers solicitors. She went over and above keeping me updated during a stressful time.
