GooglePut simply, Garry, Jane and the team, achieved a sale of our house in just over three months. They guided us through the big decisions with kindness and skill, that took all of the worry away from the process. That was brilliant. It was a pleasure to walk into their office and get the genuine smile of people who we now regard as our friends, not a bit like the common perception of an estate agent. Garry and Jane have been here in the centre of Northumberland Heath's community for many years, and the local knowledge they demonstrate is most reassuring. We had updates when each viewing was arranged, when each step was covered, and most importantly when I asked for guidance regarding choosing a solicitor, they made an introduction for us to a super efficient local company, that worked closely with them, that created a package of support, that could not be bettered. When you have a house to buy or sell, it is one of those big things in our lives, so it is important to choose an agent wisely. Bought my first house from Robinson Jackson Gravesend branch. I cannot fault them in their help and support during the time of the buying process. Buying a house is stressful enough as a first time buyer but this branch help give me clear instructions in each step of the process. It did not help as house was part of a 4 part chain but i received calls weekly and emails to help reassure me the process was still being followed through. Also were prompt with answering any queries i had and if i was unsure what would happen next, they clearly explained the process. Special thanks to Tammy. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Tammy was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, and kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. Even went above and beyond chasing documents with our solicitor and buyers solicitor to ensure the sale was proceeding. Tammy’s commitment and dedication are unmatched, she truly had our best interests at heart and made us feel like her top priority. Even near to exchange we had booked a holiday and was worried about delays as it was already delayed by the 3rd party in the chain. Tammy gave clear and good advice on what to do and what to expect during completion so we could go on holiday relaxed and reassured it would all go ahead. If you’re looking for an agent who is reliable, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Tammy highly enough. I would like to mention her colleagues who also helped during the process such as Nicola and Jo who also helped sending updates and moving the process along.They even held the keys for me till i came back from Holiday and promptly handed them over so we could move in. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future whether it would be selling or buying.

I was looking for a property in Kent and i came across this company online, looked through what was available and in my price range , i called in and i was told i would be contacted back to send in my DIP. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I feel like they wanted to dictate what i bought or the property was never available. The tone one of the agents used was argumentative and authoritative. I.e. asking us why we were moving to Kent ETC at which i responded it was our choice . Then again i thought , how do you ask someone you are selling property to that kind of question? It just didn't seem right so i did some digging and some research on here and I'm not surprised. I have removed them from my search engine , no history , nothing, i don't wanna deal with them, it's my money and house i spend it and on what property and where is my business otherwise these people are a joke of time wasters. good luck to the lucky ones that acquired good services from them and all the best to whoever is dealing with them. We will be looking and buying somewhere else. Thanks.

From Jack coming and talking us through the sales process it was simple no pressure came with information on local sales and what they could do for us, our home sold on the first open house, the sales team in the office have been brilliant especially Tammy getting us over the final huddle and last minute glitches keeping us informed they have made the whole process as stress free as moving house can be! From offer to completion it's taken just over 4 months which is great. If we move again they will be out first call!

Doing everything he could and holding ours hands every step of the way. If i could score higher than a 5 then I would have. I highly recommend this Estate Agent

Worst ever service I have received from any organisation. Pure incompetence, to say the least. Rented a property with them and at move in, property was at best filthy. This was after they lied during the viewing that the property would be painted and cleaned. Heating in the home not working. Made them aware that I have 3 children with me at the time, they didn’t even care. Don’t use them if you don’t want heartache. Regrets all the way. Never been so stressed in my life.

When buying my first house recently, the house was being sold via the Robinson Jackson branch in Gillingham. Although there were ups and downs, and delays (not because of them, because of my solicitors), the sales progressor: Kay Young, was absolutely amazing. She is honestly a credit to the company. She always kept me in the loop, did the most that she could for me and to get updates for me, and just went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this estate agents, and especially Kay. She is a gem and they should be lucky to have her!
