STAY AWAY. The worst service i have ever received bar nothing. 3 weeks into tenancy it became clear the tenant they found had no way of paying the rent. I had to go 10 months without rent and then go through the eviction process. The property was vandalised. During this time the office repeatedly refused to take or return my calls. They then had the nerve to actually try to contact me about re letting it after the eviction had gone through. You could not make it up.

One of the worst estate agents I have…

One of the worst estate agents I have ever encountered. I was given an appointment to view a property, but a day before, I received a message stating that it's sold. Despite that, I received another call seven days later, claiming the same property is back on the market and scheduling a second appointment. I requested an early appointment, but they couldn't accommodate due to the landlord's unavailability, forcing me to reschedule other commitments, including childcare. To my dismay, I received a call on the same day of the viewing, informing me that the property is now sold. Beware of this estate agent if you're selling your house; their professionalism is questionable.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Dealt with an agent at the Dartford branch who accepted my offer, congratulated me, encouraged me to move forward with submitting my mortgage application (which involves a brokers fee) and sourcing solicitors, only to tell me the next day that a slightly higher offer is now being considered. He played me, wasted my time and almost wasted my money with no remorse! He didn't even bother to call me to stop the process, but casually informed me of this new consideration when I called. Also, the property is still being advertised with no notice of the two offers - contrary to regulation. Worst experience ever.

Not happy for mann of Northend. I found the lady very pushing . She was aggressive when I told her the house was not suitable for me. Customer service was bad I feel sorry for vendor . to get in argument in front of vendor will not be use for the sale of my house buy from them

A company to rely on - Mann Countrywide, Canterbury

During a recent bathroom leak on my rented property listed with Mann Countrywide in Canterbury, Hayley and her colleagues followed through every step of the procedure with myself (landlady) and with the tenant. At all times courteous and helpful, she went above and beyond her duties to assist me, keeping in close contact by phone, text and e-mail. I am delighted with the company chosen to do the refurbishing, and with whose work I am very happy. I recommend Mann Countrywide as a reliable, thorough and competent company to assist with all instances concerning renting a property.

Used Mann for one of my properties previously and seemed to only attract bad tenants. Repairs take ages to be told to the landlord not sure if the agency take too much on and find it hard to manage several properties. Also fees are too high, I believe you are better off either managing the property yourself or using a more local agency and not a franchise one.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very disappointing experience from a High street agent

Intial consultation seemed positive but things then went downhill as floor plans needed repeated correction and appointed photographer seemed uninspired and uninterested. Several images needed replacing by agencies phone shots. The online description contained missing text, errors and general failure to inspire prospective buyers. Then followed weeks of silence, a couple of marketing reports,when requested, but no viewings and no feedback. Desperately disappointing.
