We engaged with Strutt and Parker Perth, because I liked Hamish’s no nonsense approach and his approachable style. Nothing has been too much trouble for Hamish or Amy. And they have made a difficult sale in a challenging market as stress free as they could. Whether it be show clients round, pick up keys, or give advice. I first met Peter when I came off the street into his Notting Hill Shop. Carefully listened to the brief and understood it. We looked at a couple of places in television studio. He was able to secure the place I wanted quickly and navigate easily through some quite complex. Contract agreements. At one stage it looked like the deal was lost, but Peter saw it over the line with ease. Plus, he’s a lovely chap if you ever deal with him.
