GoogleI was looking for a flat in Notting Hill and had the pleasure to be helped by Natalie Simpkin from this office. She set up a lot of viewings for me, was very generous with her time and always run the extra mile during my search. I definitely recommend Foxtons and Natalie to everyone looking for a property around Notting Hill.

GoogleI'm really happy with the service offered by Foxtons. I was in contact with three agents for different parts of the city (all of them by mail and videos as I was living in Sweden at the time). The three of them were quite helpful and accommodating with my needs. At the end, Ieva showed me a great flat, that ticked all the boxes. Then, she kept me posted on every step of the way, recommended places in the neighborhood as she is a fellow neighbor and even picked up a card for me that was sent by mistake two weeks before my arrival. I can't recommend Foxtons, and specially Ieva, enough, this transition has been smoothless thanks to them.

GoogleI contacted Harriet Murphy from Foxtons Notting Hill branch to find me a house. I was really desperate having only 3 days to move out of my current house. She arranged a meeting in the same day and showed me 4 houses, 2 of which I really liked and decided to put an offer on one of them at 5:30pm. At 2pm the next day Harriet had already secured me the flat. Not only that but she was with me every step of the way updating me even when she didn't have much news herself. She managed to do this whole process in less than 24hours. She is smart, 100% dedicated, genuinely cares about her customers, wouldn't waste your time and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a flat in the area. He informed me straight away as soon as there was a price reduction on some properties that could be suitable for us. We could then react quickly and get one secured. He also didn't hesitate to arrange many viewings so we could be sure of our choice.

GoogleReally impressed with the Foxtons Notting Hill sales team. Emma and Ashley, who were responsible for my house sale, managed to get me a really good price for my property, above market value. They also were very supportive and easily contactable during the sales process, from initial offer through to completion. I also found the Foxtons Portal extremely useful in keeping up to date and tracking the progress of my house sale. Would throughly recommend to any prospective house mover looking for a friendly and professional service.

Letting Negotiator under William(the Manager) acts as he is the most busiest man in the world and his manger William never answer a call or will meet you . GoogleSTAY AWAY! They moved me and my partner into a completely mould ridden flat, with a broken door lock, and countless other issues. (we emailed them day 1 to tell them about the lock and mould etc). After a 1 year tenancy of 0 replies from agents, after making regular complaints and requests to change our property manager, the landlady tried to charge us £1000 from our deposit for mould issues, even £350 alone for the lock which was broken when we moved in lol (since when is a victorian times lock worth £350?). We've raised the dispute with the deposit company and are confident we'll get our deposit back, but the stress and the time consumed appealing this is nothing short of a joke, when we actually were really patient with the lack of responses, and the inventory company confirmed the professional clean we arranged was great, not a spot missed. And then they try deduct for structural issues. Oh yeah, and when they call you asking if they can do a viewing, you don't have rights as a tenant lol, they'll tell you "im already here it will be 5 minutes" and they'll stroll in like they own the place, when my girlfriend had meetings and i had an exam to sit at home, foxton's didn't care, as long as they can get their commission from the next tenant who they will neglect again lol DISGUSTING!! STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

GoogleWorst Agent I’ve seen!!!!!!Totally a scam. Rent a flat which is terrible. When I moved in, it’s dirty and there full of Landlord’s personal item like towels and bedsheet and socks. For the first whole month, there is no hot water at all. The boiler has been leaking for 6 months. The dishwasher has been broken for 3 months. The property manger was ignoring all issues and never able to be reached. Advice: if you’d like to live a happy life, never rent any property from here.
