I don’t recommend renting from them. I rented a flat from them for 10 months and I had a terrible experience. It is nearly impossible to get any reply or help from the property managers. They keep ignoring e-mails and phone calls, they have no interest in solving any issues that you may have with the flat. I also had agents appearing at my flat (any time of the day) without prior information that they will come to do a viewing.

Tom Wilmott- Smith guided us all the way through the sales process, which was not at all straightforward, with absolute professionalism and a sense of humour.
