Her professionalism and enthusiasm has taken her to help us beyond her normal duties, spending time and effort explaining the market to us and trying to find the right alternative that fits our situation. GoogleClaudia Jenkinson was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, proactive and got us moved in within the week. She was very resourceful in finding alternative solutions and was even available in her spare time for emergencies. As a bonus, she has a great sense of humor and is a delight to deal with. GoogleCarmine was really helpful. He did understand what we were aiming for: he arranged 4 flat visits and all of them met our criteria. We finally picked one of those and he kindly helped us out along all the tenancy process.

Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleFoxtons is the worst company I had to deal with in the real estate market. They are unprofessional, incompetent and you absolutely cannot trust them. They would say things to you that they would not honor or respect. I had to call them about 20 times and send about 10 emails to get a reply. They are a total scam, go away if you can. And don't trust them. I hope no one gets to the troubles I got to because of them.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have been renting an apartment in Queensway for 3 years through Foxtons and they have terrible staff. They are non responsive, arrogant and not understanding at all. Especially during the pandemic. They are not supportive towards the tenants and never response to our emails or calls at the first go. I would suggest to never use their services. Despite paying so much it was a big headache. Our property manager was incredibly ignorant and rude towards us. GoogleMy father just passed away and with 3 months left on his lease we were able to pay a months rent and asked this agent to put the place on the market asap to try and ensure the landlord is left with no gap. We also asked their policy for rental with deaths and/or a probate policy. Weeks late they have shown zero compassion, have not offered a death or probate process/policy and still have not put the property back online for re-rental. DISGUSTING behaviour I wil never use Foxtons again

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleThe sales department is ok with some delays in getting back to you and some other small negative, overall I can say she was OK. The letting though and general communications between departments is ZERO !!! Ignorance, not returning calls, wrong info given, no rseponsibility taken for what was due to be done aty the end of the tenancy. I have heard from others than Foxtons are money grabbers, they charge too much, tehy try to charge you for all sort of things but I thought their servive is good enough. Disappointing.
