GoogleJack Cuthbert was a dream to work with and listened to all my requirements for my flat. I'm now living in a place that I love and it is all thanks to Jack's dedication. GoogleAlthough I didn't end up leasing with Foxtons and found a property represented by another agency I wanted to write a quick review to commend Jack at the Earls Court office. I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

GoogleArchie Sladen is a 5 star performer who oversaw our exchange in 24 hours after we made the last minute offer. He is astute, communicative and very helpful right up to completion and beyond. From the outset, when we were looking for studios in the Earls Court area 2 months earlier, he gave us an excellent overview of the property market in the neighbourhood with the many pros and cons. He understands this local property market with distinction, and I have no hesitation in recommending him as an excellent first contact at the Earls Court branch. of Foxtons. GoogleI feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Archie Sladen to secure my property. As a first time home buyer, the process felt quite daunting but Archie made it much easier by being very informative and easy to communicate with/reach when I had questions. He also perfectly grasped what I was looking for through our conversations and brought forward several options (over almost a year) until we were able to secure the right one. I highly recommend Archie - he's professional, wonderful to work with and excellent at what he does. You won't be disappointed!

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

GoogleFleur Martson was great to work with. We had quite a few surprises along the way and a very long completion timeline; Fleur managed the entire process flawlessly. She was also extremely helpful on the legal side of things which for this deal was somewhat tedious. It could have been a miserable experience but we had a fun regardless of all the bumps.

GoogleMy experience with Foxton was bad. Foxton responds very quickly before your payment, but never response or no answer after your payment if you have any issues with your flat. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.
