GoogleSAI AND DANIEL @ CHESTERTONS WERE GIVEN THE TASK OF SELLING OUR PROPERTY IN OBSERVATORY GARDENS, KENSINGTON AND THEY HAVE MANAGED TO ACHIEVE A RECORD PRICE FOR THE BLOCK. WELL DONE, AND A SPECIAL MENTION TO SAI WHO LED THE SALE. ITS BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL BE HOPING TO WORK WITH THEM AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. YADAV JANI

TrustpilotAgent didn’t turn up to viewing.
Had a viewing booked for an apartment and travelled nearly two hours to view it. Turned up and no agent was there, and I didn’t even get a call to say if it had been cancelled/if the flat had been taken. Tried calling them several times but nobody answered. Massive waste of time.

TrustpilotPoor communications, high fees
Very large teams with poor communication between property managers, accounts, tenancy agreements etc as various tasks of lettings are subdivided and given to different members of staff and teams to process. In general I have found that no one takes responsibility, and getting to the right person to sort simple things out for lettings becomes very tedious.
